Saw blades cost a lot of money, now with this new machine its just got very cheap, its quick and easy to use & the machine is less then the cost of one good quality 310mm blade
Old wood turner here, and I should have bought this machine years ago. I immediately put it to the test on a 12" miter blade. After watching your other video, I sharpened the blade to near perfection. Will pay for itself in just the first year. Thank you for your videos.

Just got mine.your cast iron is in much better condition than the one I received. I think a wire brush wheel is going to be my next try. And the maker needs to include a 5/8" guide. Did three blades and they did come out well.
For larger blades I flip the grinding disc and the saw blade over. That way setting the face in line with the disc face does not foul on the motor case.
As you can guess i love a challenge and if it keeps the price down its worth the risk, i will be as quick as i can with part two but a lot of bathrooms to fit at the moment, so please keep watching it will come soon
Thanks for that, I have had one of these in my eBay watch list for a couple of months. Around here it is 37 cents a tooth to get TCT blades sharpened and there is sense and cents in having one of these machines. Firstly you can buy cheap blades for circular saws you use for rough work, for example on reclaimed wood, and if they get attacked by a nail or get blunt quickly it does not matter. Also being able to sharpen my expensive ELU and Freud blades without losing them for a week or more is going to be very useful. I look forward to seeing the next video. Please could you reply here when it is ready.

I’ve got one of these. The blade collets don’t fit none of my blades without a little grinding of the diameters. The long arm was rusty. The directions are gibberish English and make no sense. I haven’t the foggiest notion on how to use the machine.

As I have asked before,, where would you acquire a new diamond wheel. I've checked everywhere and can't find a vendor or source to purchase a new wheel. I hope you answer your comments frequently
Hi Gary I answer daily but i cant find your previous request, never the less its easy what i did was just a search on ebay using the data on the disc, the seller i found i think was from Ireland but it was a few years back so i cant be sure now but that's your best option

I just got mine £168 on ebay. Slightly different base, solidly made and works well. instructions? bit of a joke as in '5. The machine doesn't work until it works usually'
@@dmgladden I actually had it on my watch list @ £176 and they made a special offer! It is impossible to get blaes sharpened where I live without putting them on a carrier which makes the cost ridiculous.

Just curious is this only 220 v or 110v or can be used in both voltages?
Mine is on 230 UK standard not sure if this can be change or if it a decision on ordering I can have a look when I next get it out if you need

Yes that's about the right price for it but yes your right about the instructions but when sorted it's a good machine
