Best video I’ve watched so far. I’ll have to open up the desktop app and see whether there’s any improvements to that. All my material is now on my computer, is it straightforward to import it back to the phone to use these improvement if they’re not in the desktop app?
As far as I know, unfortunately all these updates are just about the app. Hopefully they will catch up soon and implement those changes to their desktop software as well.

Not all of these will work with my Insta360 camera. Its the Sphere, that mounts on DJI Air 2 andAir 2S Drones. It has two lenses, facing up and down and was originally called "Invisible Drone" because my subjects are landscapes and such, it the new features that focus on people wont work, but I am curious to see how everything works. Thanks for the walk-through, especially since I am considering an X3 purchase!
So I returned my X4 because my laptop was just slightly underpowered to handle the desktop Studio software. I think my GPU was just out of recommended specs. anyway, editing on the Studio app was horrendous, I program would just freeze and lag and eventually not respond after a while. Of course, you will get better video quality when exhorting from the PC, but do you think the app alone is sufficient? Do you ever use the Studio software on your computer? I read that the latest app update on phones has introduced great AI features (transition effects etc) which will save time by not having to add keyframes in the Studio software which can be a bit time-consuming. The X4 is great but the desktop Studio experience for me just ruined it and I'm wondering if it's worth getting the X4 just to use with the phone app.
@@ZdenkaDarula they have. However, you need a really high spec computer (purchased in the last 2 years) in order to run the Insta360 Studio v.5 software. My computer struggled with editing videos with v.5.2.4 whereas v.4.9.2 it had no issues. The problem is, the X4 requires you to have v. 5 onwards. The X4 is nice but their Studio software optimisation is crap.
I do not get any of those new AI edits in my app. Seems like it's the old one but can not update to the newer version. I do not get multiple clips to edit like your video. Any suggestions?
Your last name if there was a c in it, would have the same spelling as dracula. It reminds me of short detective stories of where the detective is dracula, but I believe spelled almost the same as your name but with the c. Very interesting mystery stories but with the famous vampire solving the crimes.

The stories I read were very good short story mysteries with a twist of vampire, and the name change in the book is almost the same as your name, minus the c. I like your videos, you have a bit of mystery, showing the newest tech and video combined, and you are not sore on the eyes either.
Doesn't work on iPad exclamation point or, at least I could not get it to work. I was able to get to work on the iPhone I wasn't super happy with my one little test, but it was faster than me doing it myself. While this is more creative, it still takes a bit of work afterwards. It's not just push a button, IMHO.
We need all of this in the pc studio software! Not just the app. And if in the app, then all functions, features, edits etc should be possible in landscape. Then maybe we can use a tablet instead of using a small phone screen. Is insta360 listening???

I'm glad they are improving the app though.
amazing better than the 2.. hero3 that i use om my motorcycle and hate edeting later in freetime. now convince my wife to spend monny 😟🤯🥶 on a insta 360 ai cam now my boss got to bankruptcy next teusday and i have to find a new workshop for the livving Stil like to ride my Mc 😉

Yep, I'm baffled as to why Insta360 won't add these AI editing and Shot Lab to the desktop apps.

Both app and desktop have been massively improved…

The only way is to select tracking but to exclude the body might not be possible
What version # update and are you using IOS because I don't see features in Android APP.
Please try to reinstall the app or update firmware on your camera
