Looks like it is good to buy a condotel in Baguio especially if you like the weather there. And you have extra money to buy a unit. I'm not saying it is a good investment but if you are always going back to Baguio then better have a place there. And also there are other places to visit in Benguet and other provinces in Cordillera and have a rest house/condotel in Baguio.

Dyan din ako nagsenior internship ate ko😊 sa NDCH😊4 months din kami sa baguio nun sa sobrang excited ko halos puro damit na longsleeve dinala ko kasi nga 1st time ko magbaguio non 😭😂(like akala ko malamig lagi dyan 😭😂) tawang tawa mga tech ko sakin non kasi sabi ko "akala ko pa naman malamig lagi dito,puro halos puro longsleeve pa naman dinala ko"😭😂😂😂

Hello ☺️I can’t remember the exact prices for the espressos, but I do know that the lattes I ordered were between 180 and 250 pesos. Hope that helps a bit! 😊

the cost of living in Baguio varies but tend to be more affordable compared to larger cities.

@@taiya.kii.yes looking forward on that vid. Cost of living mostly depends on your personal expenses. When I studied in Baguio years ago, 10-12k is enough for rent, gas, food, transpo and allowance
