I'm not saying it is a good investment but if you are always going back to Baguio then better have a place there. And also there are other places to visit in Benguet and other provinces in Cordillera and have a rest house/condotel in Baguio.
Since you took a shot of Quirino Hill as a back drop, or checking out a coffee shop at Bonifacio Street, I'm guessing you either found a living residence at university belt surrounding Saint Louis University or University of Baguio.
