Sadly this is not a rule of thumb. There are natural substances that can be used to circumvent this. A good example is cutting while using HMB hydroxymethyl butyrate, which is just a leucine metabolite, you know, leucine, an amino acid... It prevents catabolism. @@accelmemory what for saying that not everyone who has muscles used steroids. It’s like going to a bodybuilding competition and thinking they’re all on steroids when that just isn’t true
Steroids don't give you extreme strength. You can get much stronger than normal because of them. I guess here's the simple version of how they work for anyone wondering. Ok so when you work out your body uses some of your testosterone to build bigger muscles and increase your strength, as well as production of red blood cells to move the extra oxygen you need while working out. At some point your testosterone starts converting into a form of estrogen which decreases muscle mass and strength. So at a certain point even if you're doing everything you can you can't get any bigger or stronger because you don't have enough testosterone. Steroids give you fake testosterone that acts the same and raises your testosterone levels. That allows you to work out longer and harder with shorter breaks, and give your body the ability to grow bigger and stronger. Taking test and laying on the couch will make you a bit stronger but not a significant amount, and depending on your food intake cut body fat that's about it. It doesn't make you super saiyan as soon as you take it. You still have to work
No one's saying that they give you strength without doing any work, but PEDs can affect the physique and strength of someone who doesn't work out pretty significantly. It depends really. A lot of people on Juice don’t start until they are at least 3/4 years into training. At that stage you are going to be incredibly close to your genetic potential and are looking at incremental gains yearly (maybe 1/2KG a year) So at this stage, if you want to continue to get bigger you have to start taking some stuff. Most of the people on juice are the most committed people at the gym and continuing to get bigger/stronger is their life goal. So don’t look at someone on gear as a ‘cheater’ etc more as someone who has made a life choice to risk their health for looks. And actors need to put on an insane amount of muscle in a short period of time so do have to take them. And they can’t admit to it as it would be a massive scandal within the industry, actors being ‘forced’ to risk their health for roles etc. At the gym the most important thing is to focus exclusively on yourself and the mates you go with (if you go with ppl). Don’t take the attitude of ‘well I can’t get X so there is no point’ you have to take the attitude of improving yourself to be the best version of yourself.
Many fitness influencers physiques are relatively attainable. Relatively in the sense that you can spend your entire day, almost every day for years to look that way. I have bad genetics but I do 3 hours of strength minimum on top of heavy installation/construction work. That said, anyone working out for vanity beyond for the money, is not doing it for the right reasons.
Most people can't recognize juicing for shit, which makes me wonder if those same people even have worked out enough to have even any amount of muscles, or all they do is watch muscular people online and aspire to be like it? Because if they had been working out and had years of experience, they would know what you CAN look like if you push your hardest. It is easy af to recognize juiced people, 10 weeks of roids will get you years worth of physique, and especially rounded delts, sometimes red chest and back but thats not always a side effect, some people don't get that big but just use it because its fast. It's extremely common in hollywood etc. But theres people so naive they still believe in people like LiverKing, the second I saw him I could see on his physique he was roided to shit, but that he actually had so many fans who believed in him made me wonder, how? Are all his fans just people who do not work out or don't work out heavily, or just started, or just doing body calisthenics or some shit, therefore have no idea how far and how fast the body can progress? If they tried his diet they'd know, if they worked out long enough and hard enough they'd know he's fake as fuck. Doing roids is easy because again you can get years of progress from 10 weeks of a cycle without any side effects if you just use it properly, so once people have access to that, why would they ever go natty. I just wonder how people in the fitness area of youtube and other forums can be so naive when they are supposedly working out themselves and fitness experienced?
Also steroids are a mental addiction, but in my experience there's definitely a physical aspect of the addiction too. Especially with testosterone for me, on high doses of test I have more energy, more libido, when I go to the gym and get a pump going it feels amazing, and instead of getting "roid rage" I end up being in a fantastic mood for 95% of the cycle. For me the roid rage only shows up when I start taking trenbolone

@Alphoric Eddie hall is not an example you should be using. He has a very rare genetic mutation that very much helps pile on muscle. He's an outlier even among strongmen
With actors in scenes like Thor it isn’t exactly juice, the thor scene as an example the actors will dehydrate themselves so there muscles and veins get that definition and pop that juice also gives
Why wouldn't they be? They're being paid to have a certain appearance, not compete in a sport.
Charlie knows a suspicious amount of knowledge on PEDs. Do you think he's juiced a bit before? He looks shredded with his shirt off.
His major in college was sports medicine I believe.
Literally most fitness influencers still try to say they are Nat.
God damn, Zac Efron fucked himself up
Charlie I need your help with my thermal pressures! They're almost non existent! :(!
No shit. Lmao. I love the fact people get shocked at this. 15 years in the industry and it’s become laughable
For some reason the way Charlie and others refer to PEDs as “gear” is so cringey to me
It’s pretty easy to tell. It’s something about the amount of mass while being so lean maybe? Something about it you can just tell it’s not natural
many athletes still juice to this day
20:24 CRISPR the future of juicing
Why the f did they make Zac look like Guy sensei 😊
They don't know nothing bout this natty gut
Lebron James is definitely on steroids
Also steroids are a mental addiction, but in my experience there's definitely a physical aspect of the addiction too. Especially with testosterone for me, on high doses of test I have more energy, more libido, when I go to the gym and get a pump going it feels amazing, and instead of getting "roid rage" I end up being in a fantastic mood for 95% of the cycle. For me the roid rage only shows up when I start taking trenbolone
5:36 look at Efron’s legs bro…
Either it’s perspective or one leg is the width of a carrot
Make a video about established title scam
Juicy nip-hard is from my town🔥🔥🔥
Cause of all the PEDs Zack Efron’s face changed
Jensen Ackles?
I hope not because Anthony Starr told him he could’ve just used fake muscles like he did and Jensen had absolutely no idea that was an option
Is Zac OK? 👁👁
Chris’s build is possible but less the 1 percent and some people can naturally achieve this
His stunt double also has to gain a lot of weight and he’s spoken about it being natural and Chris is a multi millionaire with the best equipment and physiologists and has no reason to harm his body with steroids and no film company would want that either it’s the same with the rock
Look at people like Eddie hall who used to be a slim swimmer and then got to 432lb with regular testing
@Alphoric Eddie hall is not an example you should be using. He has a very rare genetic mutation that very much helps pile on muscle. He's an outlier even among strongmen
How is Charlie gonna tell people why they’re addicted to something 🤷🏽
With actors in scenes like Thor it isn’t exactly juice, the thor scene as an example the actors will dehydrate themselves so there muscles and veins get that definition and pop that juice also gives
No as he still has the mass at low body fat.
The dehydration makes you look insane but he is still 10-11% body fat as a maximum.
What’s funny is without extremely low body fat dehydration tends to make you less vascular.
What about my 17 year old boy Taylor Lautner back in the day? Sooo nattchy 😅
So, does this make them...natty light 😎
🦕
I use anadrol the same way people use coffee
Why wouldn't they be? They're being paid to have a certain appearance, not compete in a sport. It's not like the movie studio is gonna make them take a test before the director is allowed to say action. It is monumentally more beneficial for them to get the look as quickly and easily as possible. Let's use some common sense guys.
The problem is that the stuff they take is very bad for them
Chicken and rice
Ask any girl if she'd prefer Zac or Ronaldo
Worrying about who juices or not is like worrying about if tits are fake or not. Who the hell cares?!
I don’t think it’s wrong to say some professional athletes are juiced, “read the ADA” how can you be sure they’re not just telling you what you want to hear about your favorite athletes 😂
Ps, not a conspiracy theorist but cmon
The problem is you genuinely do get people with that physique and they’re natural
Sure.
Jesus Christ loves you
I've never been here so early
Thor was CGI, he wasn’t juiced
Cringe how people care so much about how other people are reaching their goals.
whenever you use artificial means to achieve success you will be ridiculed and mocked. it's commendable when society decides fraudulence isn't to be championed as great.
@@murabula2092 fraudulence? Some people just aren’t satisfied with their physiques. They are in their right to take whatever they want to reach their goals. Just like you’re in your right to do what you need to do to reach your goals
When you’re going to be the God of Thunder you should look rather unworldly compared to normal men. Yes I know Thor was a fat dobber in the poems and tales bite me. Who cares if you want to take PEDs as long as it’s not against rules or laws.
I mean Chris Hemsworth has been workin out for over 10 years and even in Thor 1 he was stacked but not too stacked so I think the reason so many people believe he’s not juiced is because of how long he’s been in the role and how consistent he is with his work out and idc I personally don’t care if someone’s juiced or not 😂 never hast hat mattered too me haha but it is funny to watch people talk about it 😂 idk my philosophy has always been as long as it isn’t hurting someone else directly than do what you want 😁 haha
@SomeFamousDude but he is, he made an app selling people the idea they could look like him for a monthly subscription and following his workout routine with no mention of the PEDs he took to help him attain his thor look. That's the problem I have with fake natties they sell u a product that is supposed to get u to look like them, which is impossible without taking steriods so they just keep milking u until u wise up.
There is so much Moist content, it's nuts. My whole channel is just littered with these clips. Why does this guy need to have 5 channels clipping random stuff? You could literally do anything else and benefit more. Stop watching these and do 5 push ups instead; it will be worth it in the long run
Yet, you still clicked on this video
@@lordfoog9506 Never feed a hungry troll.
Because Charlie is the goat and the people demand his content
This is his only clip channel. Any others you see are reuloaders chasing clout
Hi Charlie I love your videossss omggg

@Jo Jo Undertaker, Kane, Big Show are prolly more natty compared to most wrestlers.
Moisty, listen bro. This video did me absolutely no good. Zero ( 0 ) good. Lmfaoo👍😂
