sophie cackett It truly is! But the most interesting part for me is that we as Indians, we underestimate it so much. We look forward to or dream about a trip to - say Europe - but at the same time the same people wouldn't have traveled to 10% of India's incredibly touristic places. I've still made an effort to explore India as it is. It's really special! 😊
I can understand that I feel like everybody wants to travel to other distant places and forget to explore their own country. It's great that you still make an effort to explore India. It looks incredible :)
It's traditional to offer water to visitors and strangers in Rajasthan. Especially in Rajasthan because it is a desert state. Some people might be offended if you don't accept the water they offer. I've lived and worked in Rajasthan for 18 months and I loved the hospitality of the people there. But even for an Indian, drinking water wherever it is offered is a little dicey. I always made sure to visibly carry TWO bottles of Kinley or Aquafina water with me, so people wouldn't feel the need to offer me water. I did get offered Chai, though. Never refused chai. I don't normally drink tea, but in Rajasthan, I'd end up drinking up to 12 little cups of Chai in a typical workday.
Not really. I trust Rail Neer, but availability outside railway stations is practically zero. Bisleri, on the other hand, is my fifth option. Having worked in the bottled beverages industry, I have my reasons to trust Kinley and Aquafina more. Even Bailley, for that matter. :-)
Amazing. I haven't been to Udaipur since my first trip to India 18 years ago. This makes me want to return for another visit whenever I go to India again. By the way you forgot the card that was mentioned at 10:04.
Such markets are in every cities in India literally bursting with flavours, but the ones in South where major produce of these come from are worth checking out!
This might be a long reply but I hope you read it. I actually wanted to write about something from your Jaipur Vlog. When you mentioned that "it's a thing in India that if you are from the West, there are just selfies being taken with you." This was kind of interesting for me because that's not actually the first time I've heard that. Being in Europe for a few months now some of my friends at my University told me that they've experienced something similar too. So here's what I think of this. The thing is that people who are not from major cities in India are kind of in exceptional awe of anyone from the West as from the movies and art in general, it has been always portrayed that the world is a much much better place to the west of your country and so they think of the people from there to be very superior in many ways. Thus with an almost innocent and naive way they actually feel excited to meet great people like you and take pictures with you lot (which I understand can get a but creepy but it's meant in the most innocent way possible). Cheers! 😊
Ranjeet Devckar selfies are taken not just with ppl from West but any foreigner ie even other asians, basically anyone who looks different... Not more privileged or anything.
Wow you see all kind of stuffs that you can also see here in Peru... it's really amazing, the "solid" sugar for Peruvians is chancaca or panela. Excellent video, someday I'll go to India too :)
Udaipur is such an amazing city! I'm becoming very nostalgic watching your India series. For anyone who's planning to travel in Udaipur we had a guide named "Chill" he's on trip adviser and was so accommodating, he showed us a lot of less tourist places, I'd recommend organizing a day with him.
Loving this trip to India. Just whetting my appetite. Love that you are doing VR stuff. I've been getting into it too but I use a 6 camera setup. Looking forward to seeing more. Thanks! -Henry
6:05 translation is something along these lines: "even though you're separated from me, you return as a tear in my eye" It's a song from a Bollywood movie in which the protagonist is on a mission to avenge the suicide of his wife who committed so due to being unable to handle the embarrassment that stems from the couple's first intimate night being unknowingly recorded on video and shared online by an adult film website creator
Translation of the lines the man sang in hindi - palkon mein banke aansoon tu chali aati hai judaa hoke bhi : even when you're so far , you still reach my heart in form of tears in my eyes !! 😊😊🤗🤗
Thank you for showing me the wonders of India. I would probably never see it if it was not for your videos. & Would not know what India is really like. You made me think I would love to go there. Maybe one day but I'd have to find a travel companion. It's not somewhere I'd go alone.
After seeing so many of your videos , I've got to say , you guys present a really balanced view of every place you visit , which in itself is a really challenging task . You guys are just awesome !! Eagerly waiting for the next vlog !!!
Wow..! I'm from Udaipur.. think you should've been to lake Fathesagar also.. it's peaceful and serene.. a local favourite, also with nice food joints and coffee.. u guys are amazing..!!
@anonymous you dont need to speak hindi...there are subtitles and name of that restaurant is also english name. I am from west of india and i dont speak hindi but i can read the name which mentioned in english twice in the video..i think its nature view restaurant. turn on subtitles in your own language, it will help.

U guys represent so well. Best story tellers so far. Love you Marko for having an in-depth knowledge of things and studying the background of everything that you show. Love you Alex for your carefree attitude. I am Bada Vaga Buddy.
Seeing the curiosity of yours for knowing different cultures made me recommend and invite you to visit few more states of India because there are more tastes waiting for people like you to get explored and spread more !
My beloved udaipur. This summer we wanted to stay there 4 days, but we ended up spending 14 days there. We loved it so much! If somebody visits udaipur, please check out animal aid. It is the only organisation in india that helps street animals. It is a really great experience just to visit and maybe pet some dogs or feed the baby cows. They are located a bit outside udaipur, easily reached by tuk tuk. And a great guesthouse is the black pepper!
Another well crafted video 👏 Not sure if you all were trying new editing but at times it looked like cars were driving right pass me. Don’t know if I am describing that well but it really did a a cool life like effect. Loving this series
Awesome cinematography ! You are quite knowledgeable about India :-). Like the way you keep introducing and explaining the indian things in between ...
Go to Monsoon Palace. It's a beautiful palace atop a Hill from where you can get the perfect view of the whole city. Also, there is a Zoo and Goriall Point. You can even trek uphill to the Palace.
I love your videos so much. They both make me happy and sad. Happy because I can come with you to so many beautiful places and sad because I can't go there (I had a bad disease and am now bound to a wheelchair). India is one of the places I totally wanted to visit once in my life, and a spice market....OMG.
I love the SteriPen! I used it my entire time in India. Not once did I get sick (from water) and I didn’t have to buy any bottled water. I’d recommend it 100%.
You guys have done such an amazing job, showing what India really is rather than showing what mainstream media does. Keep it up! Looking forward to more video's if your world travels.

It's a Pakistani song by Atif Aslam used in Bollywood movie.
Mask Mighty you are right
he has been given chance to sing for bollywood movie... lot of difference
Mask Mighty are sure Palak means eyes?
Diego Sebastián Pérez orginally, Palkein meant eyelashes but over time in Hindi music it has been used to interpret the eyes
Translation of the lines the man sang in hindi - palkon mein banke aansoon tu chali aati hai judaa hoke bhi : even when you're so far , you still reach my heart in form of tears in my eyes !! 😊😊🤗🤗
