- Hey y'all! Marlin LOVES whenever we cook fresh seafood....which happens a lot since my husband and I are both avid fisherman. One of my favorite things in this world is creating recipes with meat that we harvest. We had caught our speckled trout the morning of making these fresh homemade tropical fish tacos over a campfire in the woods.
My favorite things in this world are being surrounded by the simplicity and beauty of nature, animals, bodies of water, staying creative with our adventures and creating amazing meals in the kitchen. I know you all LOVE Marlin and Marlin is always a big fan of our meals around here so I wanted to share more of them with you! Everyone that knows me well...knows how much I love to cook and create. Homemade everythingggggg :) Everyday! I love it!

I LOVED making this VIDEO sooooooo much!!! I am so in love and passionate about cooking so this was one of my favorites! It hasn't been the biggest hit on his channel but I would love to make more recipe videos like this! But....I think I'm just going to make them over on our other channel! NIcely done, Caroline and family. That little cat is too cool and huggable. And I am ready to hit up the seafood store for some grouper, snapper, mako, shark ...anything I can fry up in a cast iron pan and have it come out looking as good as that properly cooked trout.
