- Hi. My name is Marlin :) I'm a cat....raised by dogs. And I think I'm a dog. I live in the Outer Banks of North Carolina with my mom, Caroline Jarvis Hopkins, and dad, Mack Hopkins....and they just got married!! :) I have 4 dog siblings - Buxton, Hattie, Shady and Buoy. They've taught me everything I know. My favorite things are going to the beach to go splashing and walking in the ocean, jumping on the boat to go fishing, eating fresh seafood, and swimming in the canal. Fascinating how your fur babies don't jump on the food but are very patient...except at the end with the stealing of that delicious looking sashimi. You did a wonderful job at making sushi! I was impressed and it all looked so delicious. My mouth was watering as it's my fav food.
I do believe they all like sushi night. Eating good then resting afterward what a life. Have a great day

Marlin is born Gorment, of course he loves fish, preferably prepared by his mom. He is the most beautiful tomcat.

Marlin is a much better kitchen helper than one cat who would ever so delicately poke a claw in my leg if I didn't peel shrimp fadt enough. That's so cute when Marlin tastes cucumber, nope, he wants fish.

I love the way Marlin watches the whole production of the sushis but nevertheless he prefers the tuna piece inside and disregards the rest. But the dogs gobble down everything. Lovely 😊

Thismorning I went back and watched Marlins first video, "hi, my name is Marlon.." He was just a baby back then only a few weeks old. Yet he could swim like a real trooper. I've had cats and kittens for 60 years. I'm sure you know this one is very special. I recommend to your subscribers and followers they go back and watch the first video.

Super sweet Marlin with a tummy full of TUNA. Beautiful SUSHI spread. I could have eaten ALL of it in one sitting. Marlin and Hattie better behaved than that last guy who grabbed a long strip of tuna off the end of the plate - more like a real dog ;)

I was late to the live stream. Started watching when Captain Marlin was being offered sushi with chop sticks. He is such a gentleman and so polite.
Afterwards I watched again from the beginning. It was fun to watch you prepare sushi. Was not sure at the end whether this was the fur babies meal only🐾❣️.
Appreciate you sharing…..just saw on your website that Marlin earned his captain’s license and bought his first boat……then I saw his boat, adorable.🐾🐈

I love to watch it. The yellow one in the sushi rolls is normally egg though. We don't put red pepper either but it looks good. if you put mayo on the tune, it will taste a like fatty tuna!

Well done, look delicious. Tell you trick that add more richness brush some sesame oil on the outside. It don't break the nore wrapper. But blend all it together even better

Marlin was polite and patient waiting for his food. Why would you have him on the table where all the food is? Not very sanitary.
