Hey there! I love your video! How long did it take you to master putting rollers in your hair? How many rollers do you use? And do you use all the products you put in your Amazon product list? Thank you!!!❤

Hi beautiful! I have a few questions please answer if you have a chance. 🙏🏾 On this day how long did you sit under the dryer and did you let it air dry for any amount of time? Also do you apply the hair spray and tresemme serum everyday? I absolutely adore your videos. Your hair ALWAYS comes out so beautiful even the last one lol when you didnt let it fully dry. 😄 Ive been doing roller sets for like 5 months. Humidity be eating me up lol. I also have high porosity hair.
@@MzEyez-zx2pt I was under the dryer 2 hrs, idk how long I air dried. If I do 2 hrs, I’m fully dry from start to finish. It’s faster on the high heat setting but I don’t like to be roasting under that dryer! No! Only the first day! If it’s extra humid or raining, I will reapply the hair spray though. Thanks for watching!
@@tresstoimpress4224 I be trying to be too grown and attempting to wear my hair out err-day. I live in Miami so imagine what that's about lol! I need to do me some cute buns and ponytails like you!
this is beautiful 🥰 also love how interactive & informative you are. I just subscribed. quick question though. I see that you wrap it at night, but do you ever re-roll it to maintain the curls, or does the hairspray usually help them stay intact?
Do you think a table top hooded dryer would work? I want to try this out. Would lets jam gel work on your edges, it has a different texture...hmm. Enjoyed the info on keeping a roller set in humid weather and stopping frizz. Thanks for taking us along on your roller set journey.
Honestly, I do not know, I have experimented with my sectioning over the years, and it still changes some times. I recommend trying it differently until you like it. Denser hair definitely need smaller sections to dry completely.
I'm going to try this technique. I do rollers at home after quitting my Dominican salon 😭 but the humidity has been doing the devil's work. Random question, your eyebrows do you do microblading?
Only about once per month. I’m wearing a twist out right now. I like to keep up with how my natural curls are doing monthly as well to be sure I’m not misleading you all about the heat damage progress!
@@tresstoimpress4224 lol oh ok I wasn’t sure if the curls would last or not! But thank you! I’ll take the content though if you still put it out lol ❤️
omg just tried following all the steps. chile my hair is so puffy and stiff. my hair is super super dense, and very curly/coily. are roller sets just not for me? 😓
@@arib3225 maybe not. Remember my hair is fine, so you may need to use smaller sections to be sure the hair is dry completely! Also, your hair will dry on the roller how it looks wet, if it’s not smooth on the roller wet, it will not magically smooth as it dries. Also I’ve been practicing this technique almost 20 years so don’t be hard on yourself if it was your first try!❤️
If it were silk pressed with the flat iron, it does fall. It's because the hair is curly, the curls are stretched around my head which makes the hair stick. Wrapping it like that also stretches the curls out.
I wish i could achieve this look with my hair, but come to find out my thick dense 3c 4a coils will not straighten with rollers sets its always puffy and i can't get the coils to straighten i need direct low heat to straighten my hair 😕😭😭
I always felt the same until I started perfecting this technique. However, I will admit my hair is not super dense. It’s normal-thin density. If you cannot get the hair smooth on the rollers and get the hair bone dry, it will frizz.
Never get tired of watching the roller sets!

I used to put it on sponge rollers back in the day when I had a relaxer, but it stays bouncy-ish without re-rolling now that I’m natural.

I don't understand how the hair just stays there at 16:41 without falling back
If it were silk pressed with the flat iron, it does fall. It's because the hair is curly, the curls are stretched around my head which makes the hair stick. Wrapping it like that also stretches the curls out.
