Enjoy your videos. Im on a similar journey with streaming, trying things to improve my sound. Ive not got as far as you yet. 1st thing I did was add Sbooster linear power supplies to my SoTM streamer and Qutest Dac with a good results. I made some Furutech power cables 022n and 32n with Furutech plugs , again an improvement. I changed the fuses in the Linear power supplies to HiFi tuning, another gain. I also upgrade from a Audioquest Carbon USB to a Curious Cables USB and had another nice lift and improvement. I tried a Netgear GS108E switch as recommended by Alpha Audio. I then added a Lan Silencer between my router and switch. All these tweeks were noticeable and improved space, imaging, air, depth, attack and decay better reverb and bass transients and tone /timbre.
@@BoredSilly666 I’ve used a few Sboosters in the past on DACs. Really great for the money. When I had a Qutest, was using an MCRU. Think there a gain when grounded to the MCRU. I really liked what a Shunyata Omega Ethernet did in my friends system over the FTA Ethernet but maybe it’s a synergy thing in his system. Looks forward to trying so many scenarios and sharing my results to help others.
