Hello Routenote! Unfortunately after 3 years using this service, I had a problem on uploading audio that stuck at around 0.85 MB... I already tried to clear cache, restart chrome, even restart PC, or even use another device, still the same problem persists. Any help would be appreciated!

We've recently made some amendments to the site which may have caused cached versions to interfere with your dashboard.
Have you tried clearing your cache and browsing history? Please also delete the site cookies, or try using an incognito/private window.

not able to create a new profile cause i dont have any artist one. even im posting my spotify acc url it still doesnt showing my spotify account.🤷
It's now possible to select your existing Spotify artist page, or a new Spotify artist page, when creating your release. You can enter your Spotify URI or URL to select your page, or simply start typing your artist name and a list of Spotify profiles will appear. You should be able to select your desired page (or click 'None of these artists' for a new page) from the drop-down menu when typing your artist name.
@@routenote im not able to see none of these artists. when im clicking create a new profile it just stuck there, nothing really happening🤡🤡
@@routenote dude, i typed my artist name+url 100 times and it shows create a profile and when im tapping on create a new profile it stucks out there..🤡🤡

It sounds like you selected our premium release option when creating your release! Please see our support guide - support.routenote.com/kb-article/how-do-i-downgrade-my-premium-release/
Add more genres in the list, like Phonk, Slap House, etc. These geners are trending and I think should be added in the list
Unfortunately, our genre list is quite limited as it needs to comply with all of our distribution partner store requirements.
iTunes/Apple Music have a much wider genre list - if you contact support@routenote.com with the UPC of your approved release and your desired genre, we will see if we can find an option that is more applicable to your release.
Your UPC can be found just under the release title within your discography.
