Haylou definitely knows about this issue in GT7 and they should recall these defected products. I tried everything factory reset them many times the same way they told in the manual but it didn't work. I lost hope so they're just laying around now

I can't turn them on if the case is out of battery but earbuds themselves have battery.

You can try to factory setting it for a try. If it's not working you can ask help from the shop directly
