Several people have asked what happens if we undo a Mejai's, which has more than 10 stacks. Great idea! But sadly, the Dark Seal will have only 10 stacks. If you rebuy Mejai's though, you get the higher than 10 stacks again. I have not tested, what happens, if you have a 25 stacks Mejai's, undo, go to 10 stacks Dark Seal, and die. Maybe we could keep 10 stacks on Dark Seal even after dying.

After having a kda midlane of 7.3/10.4/15.6 this preseason. I can finally have 10 dark seal stacks for 2 minutes.

But if you have damages over time, you can't undo it After
it's not damage over time, it's someone else killing the enemy and you having an assist
if it's only minions or the turret, you still get the kill after all
@@hachihiraga he means that you can't do this if you have dot, since you wouldn't be able to undo
the stacks are nice, but you probably don't want an early mejais if you aren't that far ahead
@@saul2416 no, he means that you can't unbuy if you have damage over time, you're looking too deep into it

lol I’ve known this for a while, mostly really good to do in a team fight when you die early but hit people. I’ve never done it where I got a kill because it would be too fast in a real game. The assist give you 2 stacks rather than 1.
Obviously, as a man of pure numbers, we should all rush mejais. It has a 70+ winrate!
Reminds me of that old bug way back in season 9 where you could buy Dark Seal on Jax after a first blood and it giving you 30 AP rather than the 15 like the stat tooltop says, but it doesn't have any stacks. Yes, the 30 AP does go up when you get kills too.
can we exceed the 10 stacks by doing so ?

This bug has been in the game for literal years now but they've never patched it so I think it's just a feature now
So nothing happens if you get over 10 stacks on mejais and then undo?

When you undo with more than 10 stacks, Dark Seal will have 10 stacks, but if you later buy Mejai's, you will have more stacks again. I should pin this maybe.
@@HextechLab ok, so what happens in this scenario: you have 10/10 dark seal. you die > 6/10 buy mejai 6/25 you get 1kill and 3 assists > 16/25 undo >10/10 (+6 extra if you buy later as you said) and then die with 10/10 dark seal to 6/10 and then upgrade to mejai. would you end with 6/25 or 12/25? I mean would stacks change overwrite mejai stacks that we preserved by undo or not?

It's such an old bug that I am surprised u didn't have video on it
Riot has Secretly steal your data but if you turn OBS video capture you can dodge this then turn it off to free RAM. Remember open serveral tab Cowsep or Tyler1

i would not, dark seal is much better than mejais because of the stability of the item, also mejai is kinda fucked low elo
Works the same for everysingle item in the game, except you cant sell most.
I once played Brand and died as enemy had my passive damaging, he wouldnt die with just the passive, so i sold some items and got a Liandry and he got the effect and i got a kill.

this is about how you get the stacks from a mejais (4 per kill and 2 per assist) even though you end up buying a dseal only.
there are lots of limitations to this i think. shoulda showed it but still cool vid.
This could be easily fixed by making any change to the stacks maye lock your mejai's purchase, or.. they can make it halfs the stacks when undo
Wait.. If you have 10 Dark Seal Stacks already, buy Mejais, get a kill then undo, can Dark Seal have more than 10 stacks?

Might aswell keep the mejais 1 kill gives more ap then a needlesly large rod
Cool mechanic to learn about, yet literally useless in basically every scenario. Needs to quick of a reaction for what is essentially a gimmick item active. Also needs the amount of gold to buy the mejai's, not to mention, why not just get the mejai's while your at it? Just useless.
