Hello, I purchased my board in 12/2020. I have been very happy with it unfortunately the balancer mechanism is broken and it will not shift from right to left as it did when I bought it. You can only use one side at a time then have to shift to the other side for it to vibrate. How can I get this repaired? Can I order the part?
