When you were talking about setting priorities and then asking yourself if certain decisions served those priorities it reminded me of my quote for the year: "Decide what kind of life you really want. Then say no to everything that isn't that." That quote has changed my thinking a lot in terms of making decisions simpler. It really is that simple of saying no to the physical things, the experiences, the toxic people, etc who don't further you along your path to your best life. Happy new year!

Happy New Year. Just wanted to say I started watching you and your sister in Oct 2022 and was so inspired . I have now been vegan since Nov and feel soooo much better in myself then ever before.
