Diabetic Roti Recipe Ingredients :
Whole wheat flour ½ kg
Oats 1 cup
Flex seeds (powdered) ½ cup
Barley flour 250 gm
Method :
Prepare the dough by mixing whole wheat flour, oats, powdered flex seeds, and barley flour. Set it aside for an hour. Make flatbreads and serve with curry.
