I am really enjoying you and your mother in law's home building process. I remember you mentioning that you didn't see anyone else on UA-cam doing the building process, but I follow several ppl who did or are currently doing new builds. I'm debating new build vs pre-owned myself.
Thank you so much. Yes, I guess what I meant to say I didn’t see a lot of ppl that looked like me that we’re doing a full start to finish the good bad and ugly and plus not two builds at once 😝 I’m so glad the build process is over now though. This is our second home being built from ground up and I’m already looking to do it again. I wish you all the best in your home buying process.

Congratulations!!! Your house and your Moms house are looking good! We are close to our house being built as well! We close end of July and they just installed our cabinets, tile, floors. we chose white cabinets throughout our house

Thanks for documenting this, congratulations on your home coming together! We just finished our Fischer Homes design center visit last week, can't wait to get started. I know it's going to feel so slow until they break ground!

@@thisgeorgiaclay Our area is supposedly quicker on permits and inspections so hoping not too long. At least a month away from breaking ground though. I was impressed how quickly y'alls took shape from nothing to framed in a couple weeks! We picked the Charles floor plan and are super excited!
@@joshuakirk1992 the Charles is a great floor plan. We wish we would’ve went and saw a model of the Charles before hand but, the Charles main level and Calvin are pretty much identical. In terms of kitchen and Owners Suite. Continue to follow along because we have soooo much more to show you guys. 😍
@@thisgeorgiaclay you're right they are very close! We were lucky to have a few models in our area to look at but the Charles blew us away. Especially with the owners suite on a different level than the rest of the bedrooms. I'm excited for you guys, good luck!
