    Don’t give up running. Im only 14 years old but i run 8 miles a day with a 8:35 minute pace. Running is really addictive

    Hey I watched the SAT video and it was cool, can you go over the reading strategies you used?

      For the reading section, there were two main strategies that helped. First, I would take my time reading the passage and annotating little summaries as I went along to make sure I fully understood what each passage was saying and the main points it got across. Second, I used process of elimination for every question by crossing out answers that were obviously wrong. This way, I only had 2-3 answer choices to pick from for each question which helped a ton.

    I know someone that runs 3 miles a day for the last 20 years but hes now 67 and running at walking speed ie no strength in legs anymore - how can he fix that and run fast again at 67 yrs old since he used to be a competitive runner , I guess some people age better then others and can still compete in triathlons at 83 etc

    Sunday was my first day running i started 32min .... i ran everyday and Friday today i ran 27.21mins 9.10 pace.... imma keep moving ... i just wanna run comfortable Hopefully by the end of next ill be more comfortable n normal

    Sooo I notice during my 5k runs every mile takes me longer I noticed you said you speed up every mile but with me it’s the other way around… any suggestion or advice on how I can fix that

      @@camilababic5914 I still do all of my runs where i speed up every mile! I’d say start out the first half of the run slower than you think you need to. A lot of research done from Olympic runners even shows that you benefit by doing most of your runs in an easy pace range.

      The best 3 mile I’ve run is 23:30 (not in cross country) which is around a 24:20 5k

      Im training for the Baltimore 10 miler in June
