- When we moved into our home, one thing was missing... somewhere where we could set up our equipment for our home gym.
The only option we had was to build a new structure (which may still happen) or to renovate our small space basement, into our gym.
Option two is what we decided to start with, and this video shows our progress.
Thank you for watching and supporting our channel!

Great use of a small space! I assume you hang your TRX on the upper cross member of your power rack?
Thanks! Yes that's the TRX setup 🙂
The only thing that comes to my mind to lay tiles in a gym is because of the mold otherwise TBH that's not looking fine to me - It's like training in a bathroom. Anyway hope you have good training sessions there folks Congrats for your new home gym!!
Hey, I’ve been following you and I’m very interested in you but I just like to know are you still living here? Do you have any more plans to have more videos ? I’ve enjoyed your videos very much.
Thanks for following along! We are currently working on new content and will be posting a new video soon. :)
I'd be scared of damaging the tiles, that said it does look good.
Thank you. We have extra tile in the event of slip up 😆
@@northernlivingcanada how are you liking the rack? I was looking at the same one but then I saw bells of steels Manticore.
@theangrycanuck8331 The rack is awesome. The variety of exercises are endless, which is perfect for our small space. The quality is great. Highly recommended.
What are the brands of the equipment? The functional trainer looks very interesting. ❤ Did you buy used or new?
Our equipment is Xtreme Monkey Fitness. We bought new through Treadmill Factory in Ontario.
Curious, what made you want to put tiles in a gym?
it's a good aesthetic. but more than that I also want to know.. 😀
It is asethically pleasing for training high-end clients 😀
