Harvesting the garlic left from last year

Last year unfortunately some of the garlic got left behind when the garlic was harvested. Some were whole garlic heads, that grew this year as a bunch of closely growing garlic heads. Others must have had a clove break off the main garlic head when it was harvested because they grew just one garlic head. The single garlic heads grew to a nice size while the bunches of garlic grew into small garlic heads.
