Hey Ryan, I'm really curious to find out why (most people) choose the opposite arm of holding the load and some other people choose to hold the load on the same side as their standing leg. Can you explain me the differences or is it just personal preference?
Hey man, great video, quick question though: Regarding hip position, what should it be like in terms of anterior/posterior and side to side? I have a bit of an anterior pelvic tilt and am wondering if I have to focus on tucking my hips in during this exercise. Any tips are much appreciated!
Mike Boyle doesn't like to see anyone doing a two-legged deadlift unless they can first touch their toes. Any idea if this same mobility requirement applies to one-legged deadlifts?
Love this, adding broom shaft to warmup
great tips! thanks!
Very helpful,clear explanation,thank you.
Thanks, this is the best explanation I have found on the subject.
You are welcome! I am glad you found it useful.
Love the green socks!
Good and simple explanation!

Karen Smith addresses this issue in her video on how to maximize the single leg deadlift.
heard this exercise really builds up the abs?
It builds the posterior chain more than the abs.
STICK DON’T LIE!
Your toe should be pointed down toward the ground at the top of the movement.
The colour of your socks makes no sense
C'mon bruh don't do my man like dat lol
lol why not just deadlift. much easier than all the circus theatrics
This focus on just one leg, better for ppl imbalances
Much less strain on the spine which is important for people with injuries there
