My favourite was the button lowest to high, I didn't know that was there so love it, and the boxes I have claimed every now and then but will make sure I continue. I love playing the game of getting a bargen. In my garage I have two boxes, when I go shopping I look for products that are 50% off, like washing powder, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid shampoo etc I buy extra and store them in the garage. I rotate products too. I have not paid full price for any cleaning products for 4yrs. I do the same for my cats biscuits and my coffee. Thanks again. The supplier set the price so we had to sell it at that. They even changed the price on the pumps and the sign for us. And yes, it was usually based on supply and demand though not always. What you were boycotting was Mobile Oil, not the station itself, since they had no control over the price. Ok, now onto part 2.
Liked your video. I did not know about Walmart. Thanks for that. Not necessarily true on the same item is the same item. I have bought the same item from different vendors for the same price. The products I've received are different though the same. Like I bought 4 collapsible strainers in different colors from 4 different vendors all priced within pennies of each other. Of the 4, one strainer looked the same, but it was a harder plastic. The quality was not the same, plus it was mangled & deformed. Another time, I bought some stainless steel bowls from 2 different vendors priced similar. The one set was shiny, beautiful bowls. The other set was a dull stainless steel & the quality wasn't like the other set. Also, I have noticed that the packaging can be different. Some came in a box, and others were cellophane bagged of the same item. I also had to watch the material. I bought an item that I received in metal. I loved it so much I bought another. Same picture & priced similar. The second item was made of plastic to look like metal. I have found this to be true on several items I bought that not all items are the same. So if I want something in different colors I buy them from different vendors not the same vendor.

Just watched your Tips & Tricks part I and you did a great job. I am headed to your Part 11 as I have been confused why my refunds are not the amount that I paid for items. They told me they deduct any credits or coupons’ amounts. Now that I know that, I will research the final price I paid which would include any reductions.
I get so upset when I spin the wheel, and I think wow that’s a good deal. But you only have 45 mins. to buy. So of course I hurry put stuff in my cart to get that item cheap. Then I look later and darn I find the same item cheaper! Oh that gets me. Yesterday I had a $15. Off $40. So I placed the order and it didn’t apply because it has to be $40.01 without discount. I’ve been shopping on Temu since last October. I spent way too much money.😮 I was livid. So I canceled my order. Good video. Thanks for the heads up.
I'm sorry that happened to you. I too learned the hard way. When I accept the deal from the wheel, the very 1st thing I do is look at the time til it expires. Then I search for that item to see if it's cheaper, and sometimes, like you, I find that happens. Sometimes, I let it expire because I don't want to rush picking other items to hit the $10 mark. Don't give up . . . . remember, Patience above all else will save you the most! TFW

Awesome, thank you! If you look in your account, under 'coupons' it will show you what you have. You can get more with a $20 order (or higher) and I usually get some when I do the 'check in" . Happy shopping!
Thanks for the tips….. gas prices though do not follow holidays and what a gas station owner decides to do…. They follow the price of a barrel of oil. We also have to buy gas from the vendor at a price and then set a higher price so we can make a few pennies to the gallon. Supply and demand for gasoline follows a little different scenario.
On a day to day basis, yes, they follow cost per barrel. However, during holiday and peak travel times, the owners are at liberty to raise prices as they see fit. I know this to be a fact, because of an association with a gas station owner. The latter is the only thing I referred to in this video. TFW

Hello! If you have credits on your account, TEMU will always apply the max they can towards your order. I don't let them do that. When you're done shopping, click ONCE on CHECKOUT. It will then pop up items to entice you. Next, click on CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT. then STOP! You will see the amount of credit it applied. Hover over it and EDIT to change the amount 😉 You can also click on the COUPON link in case you forgot to add a coupon. And yes, you can use credit AND coupons together on any order. I'm a Temu shopper,and made use of most of your hints and ideas,however sometimes I find items in my cart reduced during a search but not redreduced in my cart,is it possible l e it's a different vendor or do I have to tell them I want a refund? I see the request a refund,which leads me to that area, but I think I may need to inform them that one of my items are reduced on their site ? I've used my credits,but don't want to miss any adjustments either. Thank you!
That usually happens when you didn't select the vendor with the lower price. If it's in your cart, there wouldn't be a refund because you didn't buy it yet. Remove the higher priced item in lieu of the lower cost. You can't tell temu the item is reduced on their site as its up to you to find the lower price. Part of my tips and tricks is to search by sorting low to high, thus avoiding this situation. Happy shopping and TFW!

Hello! The wheel can be hard to win. When asking someone to join, winning depends on them actually following through with your invite. When they join, you'll then get the last pound(s) you need. It's been difficult for me too because so many of my friends are already shopping at TEMU and I never knew it! Don't give up! TFW 🤗
What if it's a newer vendor? One vendor might be with Temu for 2 yrs as to where the other vendor has only been with them for 1 year? Temu has only been around for 1 yr this month,, so most vendors have been onboard since the start. However,, newer vendors that have come in tend to offer lower prices, in order to start drawing customers and build their rep. I've always had great luck when opting for a newbie vs a greedy established vendor. Happy shopping 🛍 ☺

Thanks for the great informative video. I just have one question. It’s happened to me twice where I kept the credit from a store and then the store closes. Are you concerned that somehow team will be sold or close and you’ll lose all your credits? Let me know if you get a chance.
I have no concern what-so-ever of losing Temu or my credits. First, TEMU is solid, growing, offers products from Walmart, As Seen on TV and so much more. Competitively priced, with improved shipping, great customer service and huge selections, I don't foresee anything but good fortune for this company. I do save my credits, but only until I have enough to cover or reduce an order. I'd be more upset about losing Temu than I would my credits! LOL
If you're in the US, look in the description box of the video, scroll down to info on how to get the price adjustments. If you're in the UK, go to 'you' then 'customer service' to your orders. Then view order details to look for the bar that sys request a price adjustment. TFW
When I put lightning deals in the search I wind up with lots of items that have lightning bolts on them, lol. Doesn't seem to actually bring up the lightning deals. Have they changed anything since you first posted this video? Also wondered Temu sent me a link one day to 99 cents and under items, is there anyway to search for items by price without a category to see the latest deals? And thanks for sharing all this, learning a lot and passing it on! Your tips to buying clothes on Temu was very good, too, helped me figure out better ways to find what I was searching for.
I have done updates on Tips & Tricks Part VIII. When searching for lightening deals, you don't need to type that in the search bar. On the main page TEMU will have it listed down the page in a big orange bar that says Lightening deals. Click on that, then SORT price low to high. To search by price, in the main search bar type 'items under $5" or items under $0.99" or whatever amount you want. It will bring up everything under that price cap without category. The daily boxes can be found on your account under promotions. It will hint at a special discount etc. That will take you to a page where you can scan the QR code with your phone. TEMU usually sends a link in text form, so be sure they are not blocked. The gift boxes can only be collected by phone. TFW and happy shopping 🛍

The FREE shipping is based on your orders subtotal, PRIOR to applying coupons, credits, discounts or adding tax. So if your "Item total" at the top of the receipt is $20 your shipping is still free! Happy shopping and TFW!
I do not know what I am doing wrong. I have had the box saying 75% off then drops it to 90% Now I get a box that say 90% off and when I scroll it shows for example slippers that I looked and shows the same price as previously at say $6 and states that the original price was $75.00, this is only an example. Once I received 100% off. I took over an hour looking for what I really wanted.Selected it, yes in was in my cart for no charge. I went out of the cart to add to the order, when I went back the 100% off article was charged. I no longer get coupons. I got them when first joined and only used two as I was confused about the expiry time.

Have you placed an order recently? Coupons are typically a reward for ordering. Also, be sure you use the mobile app so you can access the Earn Credits and Free Gifts option.

I get all kinds of ads for discounts or coupons 'for first time buyers only!' Can several of these items be grouped together in my first order for these 1st time discount prices, or only ONE item will be discounted? TO answer your question: as a new user, if you use my code AFC95851 you will get 50% off your order - regardless of how far over $10 it is, or how many items you have, or if those items are on sale/discounted in the listing. You can't use it on your laptop. Special benefits, temu exclusive, daily boxes and other rewards are only available on the mobile app. Once you download the app to your phone, you'll open a slew of savings! Use your phone camera, point it at the bar code and it will give you access via phone.

Temu does not issue refunds for kick of an invoice. Your Temu account, delivered orders, 'view receipt' is your invoice. You can copy, print or save it. Regardless of whether you order via FB, the mobile app or directly from the site, no invoice is issued.

You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Go to your order, click on return/refund bar, select the item, chose the reason for the return from the drop down and be prepared to add a pic as most often they request one. Their decision is immediate. You will have a choice to either receive a refund back to your payment source or to your temu account as credit. They will also let you know if you need to keep the item or return it. It they request it be returned, they will text you a return label. Hope this helps! TFW

Thanks for the tips….. gas prices though do not follow holidays and what a gas station owner decides to do…. They follow the price of a barrel of oil. We also have to buy gas from the vendor at a price and then set a higher price so we can make a few pennies to the gallon. Supply and demand for gasoline follows a little different scenario.
On a day to day basis, yes, they follow cost per barrel. However, during holiday and peak travel times, the owners are at liberty to raise prices as they see fit. I know this to be a fact, because of an association with a gas station owner. The latter is the only thing I referred to in this video. TFW

Hello! If you have credits on your account, TEMU will always apply the max they can towards your order. I don't let them do that. When you're done shopping, click ONCE on CHECKOUT. It will then pop up items to entice you. Next, click on CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT. then STOP! You will see the amount of credit it applied. Hover over it and EDIT to change the amount 😉 You can also click on the COUPON link in case you forgot to add a coupon. And yes, you can use credit AND coupons together on any order. I'm a Temu shopper,and made use of most of your hints and ideas,however sometimes I find items in my cart reduced during a search but not redreduced in my cart,is it possible l e it's a different vendor or do I have to tell them I want a refund? I see the request a refund,which leads me to that area, but I think I may need to inform them that one of my items are reduced on their site ? I've used my credits,but don't want to miss any adjustments either. Thank you!
That usually happens when you didn't select the vendor with the lower price. If it's in your cart, there wouldn't be a refund because you didn't buy it yet. Remove the higher priced item in lieu of the lower cost. You can't tell temu the item is reduced on their site as its up to you to find the lower price. Part of my tips and tricks is to search by sorting low to high, thus avoiding this situation. Happy shopping and TFW!

Hello! The wheel can be hard to win. When asking someone to join, winning depends on them actually following through with your invite. When they join, you'll then get the last pound(s) you need. It's been difficult for me too because so many of my friends are already shopping at TEMU and I never knew it! Don't give up! TFW 🤗
What if it's a newer vendor? One vendor might be with Temu for 2 yrs as to where the other vendor has only been with them for 1 year? I mean I do ho with who sells more but now maybe I'll think twice, but only if it's the same price with both...lol

Temu has only been around for 1 yr this month,, so most vendors have been onboard since the start. However,, newer vendors that have come in tend to offer lower prices, in order to start drawing customers and build their rep. I've always had great luck when opting for a newbie vs a greedy established vendor. Happy shopping 🛍 ☺

Thanks for the great informative video. I just have one question. It’s happened to me twice where I kept the credit from a store and then the store closes. Are you concerned that somehow team will be sold or close and you’ll lose all your credits? Let me know if you get a chance.
I have no concern what-so-ever of losing Temu or my credits. First, TEMU is solid, growing, offers products from Walmart, As Seen on TV and so much more. Competitively priced, with improved shipping, great customer service and huge selections, I don't foresee anything but good fortune for this company. I do save my credits, but only until I have enough to cover or reduce an order. I'd be more upset about losing Temu than I would my credits! LOL
It is interesting how many people have been buying from Temu and don't use any of the "extras". I will share this.

If you're in the US, look in the description box of the video, scroll down to info on how to get the price adjustments. If you're in the UK, go to 'you' then 'customer service' to your orders. Then view order details to look for the bar that sys request a price adjustment. TFW
When I put lightning deals in the search I wind up with lots of items that have lightning bolts on them, lol. Doesn't seem to actually bring up the lightning deals. Have they changed anything since you first posted this video? Also wondered Temu sent me a link one day to 99 cents and under items, is there anyway to search for items by price without a category to see the latest deals? And thanks for sharing all this, learning a lot and passing it on! Your tips to buying clothes on Temu was very good, too, helped me figure out better ways to find what I was searching for.
I have done updates on Tips & Tricks Part VIII. When searching for lightening deals, you don't need to type that in the search bar. On the main page TEMU will have it listed down the page in a big orange bar that says Lightening deals. Click on that, then SORT price low to high. To search by price, in the main search bar type 'items under $5" or items under $0.99" or whatever amount you want. It will bring up everything under that price cap without category. The FREE shipping is based on your orders subtotal, PRIOR to applying coupons, credits, discounts or adding tax. So if your "Item total" at the top of the receipt is $20 your shipping is still free! Happy shopping and TFW!

I have had the box saying 75% off then drops it to 90%
Now I get a box that say 90% off and when I scroll it shows for example slippers that I looked and shows the same price as previously at say $6 and states that the original price was $75.00, this is only an example.
Once I received 100% off. I took over an hour looking for what I really wanted.Selected it, yes in was in my cart for no charge. I went out of the cart to add to the order, when I went back the 100% off article was charged.
I no longer get coupons. I got them when first joined and only used two as I was confused about the expiry time.

Have you placed an order recently? Coupons are typically a reward for ordering. Also, be sure you use the mobile app so you can access the Earn Credits and Free Gifts option.

I just saw your video for the first time! I loved it and I'll be back!! I've been wanting to check out TEMU for awhile. My question is ... I get all kinds of ads for discounts or coupons 'for first time buyers only!' Can several of these items be grouped together in my first order for these 1st time discount prices, or only ONE item will be discounted? You can't use it on your laptop. Special benefits, temu exclusive, daily boxes and other rewards are only available on the mobile app. Once you download the app to your phone, you'll open a slew of savings! Use your phone camera, point it at the bar code and it will give you access via phone.

Temu does not issue refunds for kick of an invoice. Your Temu account, delivered orders, 'view receipt' is your invoice. You can copy, print or save it. Regardless of whether you order via FB, the mobile app or directly from the site, no invoice is issued.

There is not sort by or relevant on either my phone or on my computer there’s no filter, so where is that?
on the home page, where the search bar is, below that you will find a category listing. On the right you will see 'sort by' which usually starts with relevant. However, if you are in lightening deals or have clicked on other special sales, you will not see the sort by button.

How long do u gave to process a refund?
You have 90 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Go to your order, click on return/refund bar, select the item, chose the reason for the return from the drop down and be prepared to add a pic as most often they request one. Their decision is immediate. You will have a choice to either receive a refund back to your payment source or to your temu account as credit. They will also let you know if you need to keep the item or return it. It they request it be returned, they will text you a return label. Hope this helps! TFW
