It would be interesting to see how they cope on the drag strip. I have these axles in my build, but won't be on the road for a bit. Good luck, nice car mate.
I recommended the atlas but don't know if i remembered to point out you'd need it shortening by a couple of inches, mine was an Series X / X-Pack so luckily i didnt need to because of the bigger arches, but it would have been more expense on top to make one fit yours, unless you wanted that 70s F1 look. Good thing about the the savings on the english set up is you can now go and get a 400bhp map with flat footshift and downshift blip from the likes of mountune etc
Yes also part of my decision was that extra fab work would of been needed along with new brakes, prop list goes on. But hopefully now it should be able to take it all with what’s there. Soon be time to wind it up see what it can do 💨👍🏻
@@bradboost Look forward to it mate, keep up the good work. I left the UK in 2010 and sold all my RS's and gear so love seeing people still fettling with them.
They’re just eBay special rear bearings. I think Borg and beck not sure how good they are but the car goes on the ramp after every drive for an inspection so I’ll keep an eye on them. Don’t want a when falling off at 150 😅 😂
My axle is just on all the original stock springs/mounts with lowering blocks and original anti roll bar. Soon to be upgraded with new springs bushes and tramp bars but that’s a winter job 😂👍🏻
Awesome mate love this car ya done an great job. Will be looking forward to the 'how to' video very interested in this. Would a 2.0 ecoboost be just same obviously bit less power?
Hola mi amigo, que pasa? Why didn’t you fit the tyres you are racing on & practice launching it to make sure the axles are good? Trying the car on road tyres just proves the car is drivable again why wait till ur on the strip for them to fail again.
Unfortunately I can’t find nowhere that can replicate the sticky glued, rubbery surface. I’ll just have to suck it and see. It’s another day out playing with cars 🤷🏼♂️😂
I love this car just makes me smile everytime i see it
I don’t drive it for a little while then jump back in it and find myself nervous laughing after a big sideways moment within seconds 😂

Love it mate, the sombrero moment really caught me off guard 😂 keep that boost face alive 👌🏼
Thought I’d add a bit of humour 😂😂 me and my mate were creasing up when the tash went on 🥸

Yes pretty much the same thing a couple of changes would have to happen but I’ll cover that in the next vid 👍🏻
@bradboost excellent as I have access to one from a 2.0 jaguar xe at a fairly good price
I can't believe they still don't use a Castle nut and split pin on those shafts
