The bread looked wonderful. I’m glad you are planning to film more of your cooking. You do a good job of explaining the steps, plus scraping the bowl. It’s a pet peeve of mine when the cook makes a swipe at the remaining batter and then puts it aside or says I/3 cup of mayonnaise but has it piled up to 1/2 cup. Cooking is an art but baking is science. I know, too much time on my hands for an 80 year old cook and baker. Prayers for good results tomorrow.
I never heard of the house blessing until last year with Joan. It a wonderful way to start the new year ,thank you for sharing. Prayers continue for you on tomorrow's appointment 🙏
I never heard of the blessing of the house and I grew up Catholic, The bread looks so good I already have the butter and eggs and milk coming to room temperature so I can make it , My husband. loves apple fritters . I loved Home and Family ,it was such a nice relaxing show and I learned a lot and loved the crafts they did and plant info,
Your bread sounds so good. My Grandmother was a devout Catholic. I remember we never had meat on Fri even when she got older and the church said it was okay for her to eat meat she would not do it and I always remember her having a rosary in her apron all the time. Thanks for the memory I haven’t thought about my grandmother for a long time ❤
