This recipe was great. We added a green cayenne chillie (remove seeds, chop fine) and chopped ham slices, to use them up. It was awesome! We also substituted Pepper Jack cheese for the Feta. We might have fundamentally altered the flavor, but it's a super stable recipe, and handles lots of substitutions real well.
