As far as I’m aware the chill of the void was first observed in the raven guard during the Heresy. Which gives credence to the space sharks progenitor being at least in part Corax
I had, what I felt, was a unique chapter of Blood Angels successors; the Sons of Sekhmet, based off of the desert world A’raka. They were unique in that, while they did drink blood, they did so only under duress, as a means of keeping their energy up. On A’raka, the Sons conducted a sacred ritual which saw two hundred humans drained of their blood(volunteers, obviously), so that it could be collected in special star shaped flasks that the Astartes could slot into their armor for a quick pick-me-up infusion. This allowed them to quell their bloodlust, as well as give the people of the planet something to look forward too, since the time of the “Sand wetting” always brought celebration among the mortals. Their issue with the black rage is that it has taken a new form among them; the Raege. The Raege is a distillation of all of a marines worst aspects, which wouldn't be that bad if it weren't for the fact that the Raege also inherits the marines discarded ability to feel fear. They may not break easily, but the Raege is like a rapid dog; tearing and gnashing at every loud noise and bright light it sees. The Sons must use what they call "the Chain" to restrain their rage; the more "well fed" a brother is, the stronger hie Chain. Though there are an exceptional few who can hold on to their Raege without the need for blood.
Red thirst is something they start feel the moment they become Space marines for the first month of there existance as Space marines are trained in arts and stuff that would help them to keep there emotion in check
Exactly! As a Dark Angel player, I don't see what's so wrong to side-step a bit from your main mission just because you have a particular score to settle against certain individuals. But hey, I'm just talking about small things, you don't need to read to much into it.
I didn't know about half of the successor chapters and their curses in this video. Nice info. Re intro: Recent lore has been implying that the Grey Knights' gene seed stems from a prototype "0th" primarch (dubbed "the Angel") with the traits of all of his 20 younger brothers (Magnus's psychics, Sanguinius's wings,...) who went insane pretty much immediately and has been kept chained up deep within Terra ever since. And, of course, the Emperor had never been confirmed even within Grey Knights lore, to begin with. It actually makes a bit more sense, as while certainly "special", Grey Knights are nonetheless "only" Space Marines, and the role of direct (and "extra special") descendants of the Emperor is already covered by the Adeptus Custodes. Sure, that's also sufficiently explained by the process of creating Custodians differing fundamentally, but my needle points slightly toward liking this lore.
What new lore? Seems like fanon/headcanon. It has been explicitly stated in MULTIPLE books and codexes that they are of the Emperor's geneseed. Certainly literally nothing points to them being from the Angel, who was an utterly failed experiment.
Actually Mephiston powers are "being so broken the writers don't know what to do with him"
Thumb nail looks like, "vampire!" "Werewolf!" "Dragon!" "Black guy!" 🤣😂🤣 no offense to anyone whatsoever, but that's funny.
The biggest genetic curses out there, being a N
Beat me too it 😂
Those heretical gene problems 😂
@@TheAwillz I tried to be like, "that's not funny" but it is.
The Astartes suffering from black skin have a weakness to police officers 😂😂😂
Being inclusive 😌

Ur videos makes researching so easier. Thanks!
Not sure if a gene curse, but The Lamentors and their ridiculous levels of bad luck.
The only chapter to make the Emperor cry
Made me soo happy you included the blood ravens

Who are the true sons of the emperor?
Custodes, Primarchs or Grey Knights
Or the Sensei?
