Woody had everything to do with this case he’s the one who helped build the case. He started the case against them all interrogations snitching and lie come on now all that stuff he said is how they build this case
With lack of evidence everything was circumstantial, and then they gave the information to Woody and Woody paint the picture, therefore no longer circumstantial
