How to Have a Good Work Life Balance?

I am a wife, a daughter, a sister, a pet parent, a creator, a leader, an entrepreneur and I am also myself (my favorite role).
The mantra to balance between all these roles is to be fully present in the moment. I try to give my 100% to what I am in the present moment. This allows me to switch easily and enjoy each of these roles. And to be honest, wearing multiple hats doesn’t not give me anxiety, it gives me a variety. I feel grateful for this dynamic life and it suits my inner being. I don’t get bored at all, I don’t feel exhausted. I feel that I am blessed with all these responsibilities and I have no scope of any negative or toxic thoughts in my life. 😊
