I honestly didn't think I'd watch a whole hour of just three friends shooting the shit with car questions and one random question. Absolutely hilarious
I enjoyed it. UA-cam loves people to stick to making the same derivative content because it works, but that's no fun. Creativity is being penalised, but we have to fight back.
I would love to see a buzzer version of this and if someone gets wrong they have to do something like a darw of something this is really fun and informative!
Maybe an alternate version of this (to get better views) could be pit-trivia at a gridlife event; can be chopped into shorts of asking a tough question to 5 different drivers, or ask competitors trivia about their competitions brand history, etc. The hour runtime of just hanging out talking about trivia was fun and hilarious to watch, but I can see how it's a big leap from the other content's style.
This was the best way to kill an hour during a slow day at work. I loved answering the questions with you guys, and internally yelling at you when you couldn't answer one that I knew 🤣 I hope you do something like this again
I went into this thinking I wouldn't watch all of it (simply due to length), but I did. Please do more! The questions were great and varietied! Maybe add a category where you show a photo of a tool and they have to tell you what it is/what it's for?
I'm about 11min into the video while typing this, but this is so chill. It's nice to see you guys hanging out and having this play while I work on art. I definitely wouldn't mind similar videos to this in the future.
I am so uneducated when it comes to automotive trivia but I enjoyed every minute of this. Very fun and informative! And it’s great to see you guys interacting like this! Perfectly executed as well
Mark will always be known as a fabulous mechanic and tv personality. Will just brush aside his trivia abilities. This was such a fun episode. Please do more
This would be a good second channel video. UA-cam unfairly pushes creators to only make one type of video and any deviation from that formula is punished by not getting recommended to prospective viewers. I really liked it and it’s a shame that UA-cam disincentivizes creators from trying new things.
Loved this one, even with all its awkward moments😂 I feel having to buzz in, rather than taking turns could make this even more exciting. Something to think about for the next episode! 👏🤝
I feel so bad because I was busy when it came out, I am watching it now though! Start to finish, please do more of this! It is enjoyable and content you enjoy making translates well to viewing I think.
My wife is looking at me yell at my screen like I’m some kind of crazy person … please make this a regular thing. She now knows what I was watching and just thinks I’m a nerd.
This was great. I didn't think I was gonna go through the whole thing, but I found myself following along and answering questions. Super cool! Keep up the awesome work!
This video is absolutely fantastic! I feel like I am sitting around in a living room with a couple of friends, talking about our favourite topic. I think Top Gear/The Grand Tour is the only other one giving me this feeling. Which does make you their spiritual successors in my eyes. ^^
I liked thks alot more than i thought I would. Maybe have a category for viewer submitted questions? And to answer the chapter titles, I haven't seen Beserk yet...
The ending was epic!! 😂😂😂 Another way to ask that question, still relating it to cars would be: What Bourbon and Ethanol has in common?? Both made mainly from corn.
That was surprisingly amazing. I really hope you see more of these (and show the answer to the rabbit hole search that came up in the middle of the vid)
Thoroughly enjoyed this, I understand if it’s not going to be as popular as the high action videos but it’s just nice to sit and listen to an hour of good fun. I’d love to see more of these
My 11yo and I watched this and played along, while laughing at the trio. We laughed, we learned, and made fun of Ben being super eager every time it was Mark's turn to answer.
Not going to lie, I would watch another video like this if all 3 of you were the contestants, find another youtuber to ask the questions, have no categories but questions get harder, allow steals, and have buzzers. That would be epic content for sure!
The last question 🤣 made ben lose evn after knowing the answer 😂😂. Very useful information. But this had to be shorter so everyone will watch in the meantime
That was surprising ... I really didn't think I would watch the whole video to the end, but I did. Enjoyed that one! Next time, give 'em a limited time to come up with their answer.
The video is actually pretty cool some questions were easy and others were extremely out there btw the ending made it totally worth watching the whole hour video
You currently have 65 videos with less views than this one. Also, I love the trivia and you should do more of these. (Not knocking the videos with less views. I've seen them all)
I think just add some game show background music to this, like through the entire vid so it’s not just you guys talking/ thinking and it will add just that little bit more to it but that’s just me. The set, concept, background, everything else ks perfect though! You could even add more players. Still enjoyed the whole thing and was surprised how many I was getting right myself
Bit of trivia on Honda #5 - before the F20C in the S2000, it was actually held by the SR16VE N1 Nissan engine (JDM Nissan Pulsar VZ-R N1), which made 197hp from 1596cc *IN 1998* ; which put even the JDM B18C to shame. The B16B made 182hp from 1595cc.
I was laughing so much throughout the whole video and then I noticed the little chapter titles throughout the whole video... then I laughed even more realizing they were there 🤣😂
Interestingly.. SR16VE N1 - Used in the VZ-R N1, which was a racing homologation version intended to compete with the Honda Civic Type-R. Producing 200 PS (197 hp/147 kW) from its 1.6 L SR16VE engine, it held the highest specific output ever for a naturally aspirated production car, at 123.125hp/litre until the Honda F20C engine.
AKI is (RON+MON)/2, which is shown on every gas pump octane label in the US. It’s the average of the two octane numbers: Research Octane Number and Motor Octane Number.
Really enjoyed the trivia and testing my own knowledge along the way! A bit lengthy and could probably use a few less questions but I stuck it out. Maybe have a couple more contestants and have a first to buzz in answer format. Sort of like Smosh's beopardy.
Very different video. Was very quite entertaining. if you shall do this again the trivia question should be based on the show. For example what car was in the background of the first trivia show.
His confusion about ethanol stoich being at around 12:1 is exactly why I wish we used lambda for everything. Your normal wideband measures lambda and the ECU converts that to its percentage of the gasoline stoich. It has no idea that ethanol is being burned, so the AFRs it thinks it's measuring are actually scaled completely wrong.
I honestly didn't think I'd watch a whole hour of just three friends shooting the shit with car questions and one random question. Absolutely hilarious
That’s top gear in a nutshell
Same, just finished the entire episode. Fun stuff.
It makes you realize you don't just watch this channel for the cars. Channels like that are good.
it helps to get through the day lol
You guys gotta turn this into an annual thing
Mark. As a mechanic 10/10
Mark in trivia 2/10

Don't worry I did a trivia video as well because at the time I was obsessed with trivia. lol
The title is priceless.
I think this trivia should be on live stream for gears and gasoline so the fans here could join in and help out
Defeats the whole purpose of the game
Ben Lin looks like a vault dweller from fallout
This is really funny already. I know this won’t be for everyone but this is just not only informative, but very entertaining
Can we get this video higher than the GTR detailing!? Let’s go!
“Mark for winning you get, *nothing* “ had me rolling 😭
That was very enjoyable gentlemen. 👏 Good job for comeback win Mark.
I enjoyed it. UA-cam loves people to stick to making the same derivative content because it works, but that's no fun. Creativity is being penalised, but we have to fight back.
agreed
I would love to see a buzzer version of this and if someone gets wrong they have to do something like a darw of something this is really fun and informative!
What vault number was Greddy performing experiments in when the bombs fell? Must have missed that lore
😂😂😂😂
Vault-Tecs influence is worldwide apparently 😂
I'm screaming Volkswagen so much rn. Lol
there will be a lot of that lol.
I'm not a trivia person but y'all made this fun. Also, I feel like the questions were picked well.
That was great, you can tell Ben put real effort into the questions and really loves trivia! More of this pls!
As someone who loves trivia and makes trivia for my friends and coworkers, I am SO PUMPED for this!
This was the best way to kill an hour during a slow day at work. I loved answering the questions with you guys, and internally yelling at you when you couldn't answer one that I knew 🤣 I hope you do something like this again

From a film major, youtuber, racecar driver and now game show host.

Mark "We need to put a K in that" to the Mirage answer, I'd watch it!
Also Jakie Chan drives a tricked-out Starion in Cannonball Run 2.

Currently not looking likely haha

No UA-cam notification, no top of my subscription list… UA-cam algorithm knows I love G&G and cars. WTH. I had to scroll way down to find this video
Epic ending - well done!
Driving home from VIR listening to this and I got soo hyped I got the 2000GT question right that the driver next to me probably thought I was nuts
loved this episode and it watched it all the way through, thanks for making this. :D

Very different that the usual content, but really enjoyed it! Probably one of my favorite episodes just for the amount of laughs and banter!
Love this episode! The road trips are fabulous, but car trivia is pretty high up there. You all are amazing!
I liked thks alot more than i thought I would. Maybe have a category for viewer submitted questions? And to answer the chapter titles, I haven't seen Beserk yet...
I haven’t yelled at a video so much in my entire life. It was great and should be a monthly feature with other guests!

Loved this video actually, had me screening at the Tv “Diamond Star Motors!”
Didnt plan on watching the whole thing but....yall got me.
Ps: the chapter titles are HILARIOUS.
The ending was epic!! 😂😂😂

If done as “specials” where it’s maybe once a month, I’d love more content like this!

I got all the formula 1 questions actually. I absolutely failed Mitsubishi just like they do their customers

This was a great episode. I listened to it. On my drive to North Carolina did horrible on the questions but still a lot of fun.
The video is actually pretty cool some questions were easy and others were extremely out there btw the ending made it totally worth watching the whole hour video

"car guys" needs to be a jeopardy special segment to include local trivia nights.
