Kemp, Payton, Brickowski....Rodman owned space in all their heads throughout this series. The mind games Dennis played in this series are some of the greatest examples you will see in sports, he didnt sit there and trash talk relentlessly like a KG, he pretty much always let his play speak for him. sure its a past era with a different rule set but, this was a master at work in HIS era, he doesnt have crazy stats outside of rebounding because he did the dirty work that doesnt show up on a stat sheet.
The guy was barely bigger than jordan yet could out redbound, out hustle, out think and defend any player. theres countless examples from shaq to this series where rodman camps in players minds and forces them so far off their game they become a hazard to their own team.
the on and off court antics were a bit much for some but, a well deserved hall of famer and one of the truly underrated guys to play the game.

The more that series went on, you knew that Dennis Rodman was living rent-free in Frank Brickowski's head, and he let him know it constantly. Brickowski just did the wrong thing in blowing his stack and responding, but he knew he couldn't out-play Rodman, and that Rodman could outlast him fitness-wise, and Frank was thrown so far off his game, because he couldn't get the Worm out of his ear!

+RockSteady Frankly the attention is on Rodman because they already know Jordan and Pippen can score at will. Rodman was the backbone of the Chicago defence which is why he was targeted by other teams a lot. They felt their best bet was to find a way to deal with Rodman's rebounding. Rebounds make plays. Without Rodmans rebounding ability Jordan and Pippen have fewer opportunities on offence to begin with.
