Another Alpha Tester here, you have NO idea how good it feels to have this game be acknowledged and appreciated over just how good it is, I'm absolutely thankful to see Defend The Train getting the love it rightfully deserves, I've been WAITING for people to just talk about the game. I really hope this video brings some new players into the game and breathes some more life into it. (PS: The outro was absolutely fucking SICK)
awesome video !! segmentation of everything's pretty nice too! thanks for covering the silly game i've been making designs for for about 4 years by now :-) two extra deets from me rq : - submissions for ads in the lobby are always open. there's just seasonal ones that only appear during said events - there's a way to counter the grapple gun vans without destroying them. if you stand infront of the crate, the grapple hook can get blocked while dealing some heavy damage to you here's to hoping our game shapes up to be better once we get some more fundamental stuff reworked!
Not an Alpha Tester, but an experienced DTT player. Every single time I see a video talking about "underrated" games I gotta bring it up. The classes and weapons are all incredibly fun, especially Psycho. Roadside Rampage my beloved.
Alpha tester and quite literally old in this game here. Really wanted to see alot more people see this and im glad you given the acknowledgement the experience on it is. hopefully we at D.T.T. industries see new recruits since it is a fun game everyone should try!
Alpha tester Man it feels so good that people are still talking about this game till this day this game has barely 70 active players anymore and it just feels so dead even tho its a very good game hopefully this game will get more popular soon
As a former borrowed tech hater, I gotta defend it a bit. First off, the limited ammo isnt as bad as it seems. Bringing a damaging secondary like the judge helps buffer bt's limited ammo. Borrowed tech also really shines with leading your shots as much as possible, as you can kill or get a big chunck out before the enemy catches up. While the exp cuts suck, i think its fine because you should only start to use it around wave 5 on endless, and at that point you should have enough exp to be at max or near it. While bt is bad early and lategame, I wouldnt discredit it because it kicks ass from wave 5-12ish
If I remember when campaign mode first release , the game did reach 100+ player (or even more) I was thought “ummm I guess they did do something for new player to enjoy” bc campaign should be easy and actual friendly to beginners player before start doing endless, but no I was wrong Now campaign is for veteran player Endless is for new beginners
Ngl i was lucky to get this game recommended to me But also i made so much yummy points healing the crew that it isnt even funny But also i have been playing for months and i never realized there was a campaign mode Too bad that it is so good yet so underrated while ai generated slop or pet sim/adopt me wannebes and Brookhaven clones reach the top Also i agree with skill issue, it isnt the hardest game to survive unless i just got good
I actually thought this was endless I have not won even once due to somehow my team going medic all of a sudden Medics are good for bosses but we need one more class players then medics
I haven’t played that in maybe a year (or two? Can’t remember) and the last thing I can recall playing that game was that I was the world’s worst monarch and can’t lead a nation properly.
