    Hope you are enjoying my Lunch box ideas!
    I have been getting a lot of positive comments and questions along with some negative comments, thanks to all of you for watching my videos.
    I take pains to plan every meal I cook and TRY to include all the nutrients in the appropriate quantities to make a balanced diet. The Lunch box ideas I share might look different from the usual south Indian Rice, Gravy and Vegetable poriyal that we are used to having for lunch, so I wanted to share this Husband's Lunch Box Secrets & Negative Comments @Samaipom Sindhipom with you to answer your questions with some nutritional facts.

It's helping her family eat healthy and all the positive comments from posting the videos is going to motivate her to keep doing this and inspire many who want to prepare delicious meals. If you think this is unreal, please don't watch her videos. Do not demotivate anyone. You might never know, motivation can save someone who's under depression or even suicidal. All it takes is a second to like or comment something appreciative, but that might change someone's life

    I'm really shocked to know that you have received many negative comments ! I really like the way to make lunch box I love the fact you keep healthy cooking in mind plus taste i also make sandwich, salads sometimes international recipes too but goal is to make it in a healthy way. I can't believe instead of appreciating your efforts people have mocked it🙄 this show we have large group of unhealthy eaters so they find it difficult to believe your lifestyle 🤦

    Really your efforts to explain the facts behind those recepis is to be appreciated
    In past years our grandparents and their generations were worked well in the fields so there was no much need of planned nutritious meals and also they werent cooked and consumed fast foods etc...
    But for today's generation planned nutritious meals is very very important

    Alternative things u show is good for health. People will realise it later. And it will take time.
