I do it almost everyday because my body can handle it, you can do it before game day but don't do too much because then you'll be fatigued and feel heavy before game day
I have training on Wednesday at 5:15 to 6:45 and Friday at 6:30 to 8:00 and have matches on Saturday and Sunday but the season has finished.Should my gym routine be monday-kayb plyometric and Leg strength workout tuesday-kayb upper body workout wednesday-training thursday-rest friday-training Saturday-free Sunday(but might have occasionally match on weekend)? Is this a good routine and what days should i add gym sessions abd what should i do?

Yeah go 80, 90% and on off season you can go to the gym on Fridays or train on the pitch, it's really down to what you need personally

Why do you have 2 upper body strength days and not 2 leg days strength?
Because one day is strength focused and another is plyo focused. Upper body is more based off strength so that’s what I focus on
