It's sad really. I was a fan of Mimimi games, they made some really good titles like Shadow Tactics and Desperados 3. Only to find out SBI interfered with their last title which now has a black fermale pirate captain (no doubt lesbian or non binary), which as we all know was all too common back in the day when the seas were first explored. And now they are broke. SBI wasn't the only reason but they were the nail in the coffin. I decided not to buy that game like many others.
These people cannot create, only destroy.

Have been an avid gamer for 40 years and I only heard of Kotaku after the Stellar Blade thing blew up. Good thing it will be short lived
They come up on my Apple News, so I blocked them. I only read reviews from PC Gamer and PC Powerplay. The rest are all crap, more interested in themselves than the games they write about.
Here in Holland we also have a gaming magazine called Power Unlimited. That magazine and their writers were absolute legends during 1990s up to to around 2009/2010. Then they were started to be pushed out by the new woke owners who started introducing the new diverse editors / writers. And it quickly went downhill. I gave up on them at around 2015 after they actually tried to make it personal and actually bashed me without prior consent in their printed magazine based on that I was one of the highest rated members on their online community but was not accepting anything PC / woke.
She's like a kid playing with matches in a dry cornfield. Then running around screaming "Make it stop!" when the field goes up in flames. After it's all burnt to the ground she'll blame the match manufacturer for making the matches and the vendor for selling them to her.
