  • Here is a simple recipe for Chicken Chilli with Chinese Rice:
    Chicken Chilli:
    Ingredients:
    - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 small onion, chopped
    - 1 red bell pepper, chopped
    - 2 tbsp soy sauce
    - 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
    - 1 tsp chili powder
    - 1/2 tsp cumin powder
    - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    - Salt and pepper, to taste
    - 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    Instructions:
    1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
    2. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
    3. Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
    4. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), chili powder, cumin powder, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
    5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until chicken is coated in sauce.
    Chinese Rice:
    Ingredients:
    - 2 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old rice)
    - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
    - 1 small onion, chopped
    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., peas, carrots, corn)
    - 2 tbsp soy sauce
    - 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
    - Salt and pepper, to taste
    Instructions:
    1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat.
    2. Add onion and garlic. Cook until tender.
    3. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
    4. Add cooked rice and stir-fry until combined with vegetables and oil.
    5. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Stir-fry for an additional minute.
    Serve Chicken Chilli over Chinese Rice. Enjoy!
