Great video! I think my BCM is what's blowing the interior light fuse over and over. When I replace this, will the BCM have to be "programmed" or just the key FOB? Thanks again for the video. Very helpful!
a blown fuse is typically a short circuit situation. I've seen multiple reports of Nissan altima roof lamps not working due to an exposed wire making contact to ground. might be a good idea to get that checked first. if that's your problem it'd save you extra money than replacing something else first. good luck!

There are lights in the doors, roof, and trunk so not sure how I would run down an exposed wire. If you have any idea on the best way to run down a short like this, please let me know. Thanks again!
an inexpensive multimeter from. harbor freight can be used to find voltage where you shouldn't and where you should. also in one case I saw where the dealer found the short and repaired it free of charge. just another option if it's available.
Reprogramming requires a scan tool that can interact with the module. From my knowledge only a dealer with the equipment can do that but I could be wrong.

Can this affect the blower motor ? I replaced blower motor fuses and relay and I still have no power to blower
It sounds like it's probably either the blower motor resistor or the heater control itself
