My lads from 8th I had an Ostermark army (I used to always roleplay as an elector count). Sold the army after the end times happened and life got in the way. Slightly tempted to get back into them again. Definitely do a different State tho.
@@thehonestwargamerstreams I chose the state with the most ridiculous colour scheme pink and yellow. I named my human nobility blood bowl team after them. One of the things most lacking from AoS is you don’t get attached to the locations.
I've never been to a fantasy event that used closed lists. Special characters weren't played because most of them were bent in 6th and 7th edition. Some of the cheaper hero like special characters were ok, but otherwise usually pretty bent. In the army books it specifically said use with opponents permission.

More to come
One of the article said, there will be empire hedge wizards. When they mentioned that there are no colleges of magic.
I gotta go back and re-read what they've said so far. But also.... Hedge wizard?
@@valheffelfinger6521 untrained slightly more chaotic wizards.
Secret lists need to stay - goblin fanatics, stabbas, elf and Skaven assassins rely on their mystery.
I agree with that part but they can be secret

Seems like the switch from Hero Hammer 5th Ed to low level 6th edition was a deliberate design shift.
I prefer the bestiary to be separate to the army list section , never knew it was a problem.
All that flippy flippy tho
You can't flip flop?
