Good to always try new dishes while traveling throughout Vietnam. Don't know if you're a coffee lover (I am for sure), but some of the best tasting and enjoyable coffee there. Thanks for all your very informative vlogs!
@@BigTimeBentley My wife and I always bring home a few pounds of fresh coffee beans and tea whenever we go back to Lai Thieu, Binh Duong. One can never have enough coffee ! Would be fantastic to meet up with you and enjoy coffee/tea together.
You should have added some hot chili to the rice and the taste would be more interesting in my opinion. You've got to go to 'Đông Ba" supermarket and try the food ínide. Enjoy the good time in Huế city.
How do you like hue city? Of all of the coastal cities which one would you prefer to retire in yourself to be quiet, safe and cheap to live? I am considering. Quy nohn in 2025…
I saw a recent video of yours and you said you went through ninja teacher. I'm from Anaheim CA and am really wanting to leave this place to Vietnam and work. Was wondering how it was going through with the ninja teacher program?
Why would you be sweating? Since going carnivore I do not sweat nearly as much, but then I have eliminated all carbs, sugar and seed oils. Drink electrolytes with the water and ramp up your salt. I would just order meat, eggs or fast. So many oxalates in the dish would contribute to diabetes.

I clearly remembered Anthony Bourdain (RIP) had recommended cơm hến (clam rice) to everyone when he first tried it in Hue.
Thank you for your time. I always learn something. :)

@@steves.9440 I’ve switched from coffee to tea lately to reduce the caffeine intake. I do love coffee but it’s so damn strong here

Is there a red district in vietnam ?
@@RandyLe4zero8 not really, but I don’t really know what qualifies as a red light district anyways. Maybe Bui Vien or Pasteur/Japan Town in Saigon
