Animal abuse is outlawed. It has been since the 1800s. President Trump signed a bill making it a federal offense and you can go to prison for up to 7 years. It's the judges that don't do anything. And are not taking it seriously enough and need to be held accountable. ❤

This dog suffered unimaginably. Someone purposely watched him slowly suffer and dwindle into that. There are beings that walk the earth with no soul. I just hope this special baby's new family is capable of giving him the love he more than deserves.
