thanks for taking the time to put out these videos I found them helpful. I just invested in the stitch templates and don't have any instructions on how to get the two sides to stitch and align together. Do you have any videos on this? Wondering if you route out the stitch on each of the two sides, glue them together then cut out your design out? Would appreciate your insights based on your experience. Thanks
You recommended the amana 45475 but the switched using a router table but what if we don't have a router table to finish trimming? What would be best flush trim bit to do the job only using a handheld router?
Hey guys, great video. Is it possible to do these without a router table? Wondering if you could do a tutorial on that if it is. Also, what paper is that you’re using on the ETS sander? Thanks 😀
Acrylic templates are great value! Would you say there is a difference in strength or long term durability between a 1/8" 1/4" thick template. Also how does the warranty on them work?
Sounds like your bearing wasn't riding on the template properly, creating heat! Double check to see if it rotates freely and rides along the edge of the template.
How do you make the whale tale in the photo that is half resin without a mold/template set? I guess you could use a large mold and cut it out but that would be wasteful.
That's some really good advice and beautiful products. Wish could actually do them but can't afford the templates gonna need try free handing. 🫤👍🏴

This is seriously one of the easiest to follow and informative videos. I busted a walnut board today hogged out too much wood on my router table.

1/8” are good for drilling templates and 1/4” are needed for router bearing to follow. both are strong and durable
I did the same thing using a 9 pocket valet tray and the template melt, also using the same bit brand new.

Nice

Very interesting

Well that's the whole point of the templates! You could try to draw and cut by hand, but our products help streamline the process.
