The medias condition is same as that of Police.... The truth is told no one joins politics for social work.... Or even if they join for that they somehow gets entangled in corruption and thus need for power, status comes automatically. India's political system is totally influenced by British govt. I am a constable in cisf. what he said is totally true. we are no different from state police in terms of serving officers and their families and all the other things he mentioned. since the time I have joined the force I feel like I'm not doing for what I were recruited for. You don't have a social life if you are the lowest rank(ct/hc) of any force specially in army and paramilitary. I really like how nitish bhai explain things. And his perspective of viewing things which I don't often see in other intellectuals. Keep up the great work, I subscribed him after watching his video on tiktok vs youtube. And ha.. @Ankush Mukherjee My intention is not to demotivate or demoralise anyone and it may look like that I'm spreading negativity about force but that's not my intention. there are some difference in state police and cisf or any paramilitary constable/hc. I can't tell much about state police as I'm not a member of it but as in comparison I would suggest you to choose s.tate police over cisf cstbl. as you won't have to do unnecessary fatigue(physical work) during and after duty which you won't be doing it in state police but still you'll have do standby duty on different posts. And if I talk about Asi cisf, you should go for it as it is much better than police constable. You'll be given few constable with whom you have to perform different work at different time. like foot patrolling in plant where you will be the incharge. and gate duty, frisking on airport and metro etc. other than that you won't have to do any physical work but you'll to have attend fall-in.
@Ankush Mukherjee and if you can do better than join civil jobs as I'm regretting coming here. I'm a fireman in cisf, the minimum qualification for that is 12th with science stream but the work they make us do here is not even worth of a 8th pass

It is a very big responsibility and there are hardworking people out their who fullfil it despite a very suppressing system at the cost of no time for their family, not any adequate gains. When you have someone working or who has worked in the police department from your family, You understand the actual challenges both them and their family faces and the Little appreciation they get for their work and their family for their understanding. It is a very big responsibility and there are hardworking people out their who fullfil it despite a very suppressing system at the cost of no time for their family, not any adequate gains. Them and their family miss out on all the important moments in their lives. It is time we create a healthy environment for the police department for them to be able to function as per their potential. It is both beneficial for them and the public.
