Hey man, bryan main here. I wanted to pick up law and found him more difficult than bryan .. till I found this guide. It's helped me so much to understand his gameplan and you break it down so well!Thank you!!!
Didn't get to play much T7, so my perspective is geared toward TTT2. The advantages given by b2 forced opponents to alter their gameplay. It proved to be a great footsie tool because when they changed their movement it allowed Law to dash in and pressure with his jabs. It functioned as a timing and spacing mixup.
Thank you for reminding me of the 1,2,2 string and its extensions. Often overlooked as a Law main. I slide too much and am working on using the rest of Law's toolkit
@@GamerNemy Yeah I ended up pulling an upset off a TG Lee using 1,2, ch 2,2 (he pressed during the string) then checking with df1 at the end of the round to take the set. I'm only at Kishin right now since I'm too scared to rank up lol
@@FlexJay30 I’m just curious I main law myself I post videos myself do it’s natural I ask people their rank I have a passion for law players and I want them all to succeed I hit tekken god supreme last week going for g.o.d next week
Good stuff 👏 This should help me with the matchup. I do not know if its doable but you sort of went into it with not autopiloting nunchaku after slide in heat, what about what you should avoid doing too much with each respective character? Or maybe brief thoughts on counterplay against the character in the guide? Either way it was 👍 you do great guides look forward to seeing more.
You forgot b1,2,2. Delayable counter hit confirmable heat engager string that guaranteed on counter hit. And with heat dash it does some huge damage with combo
I believe you are misguding viewers by saying being in -8 frames is safe; since Law is in -8, the opponent can interrupt & :punish, counter or launch you with a +8 frames advantage, right? Eg: if it is Mishimas, their 112 will punishbecause the jabs starts at 10 frames on top of the +8 frame advantage. Law can't even escape with a sidewalk, he loses his turn. And everyone talks about 111 is good counterhit heat starter. But what about the efficiency and application of this move when Law doesn't have heat???
THIS CHANNEL IS SO CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED. NOBODY TALKS IN DEPTH ABOUT THE KEY MOVES AND THE MIND GAMES BEHIND IT. LIKE THIS GUY DOES.
Thank you man
That means a lot👊🏼

Yeah
It works the same in Tekken 8
It hasn't been changed
Still a very strong tool

Sure bro
Yeah sometimes you tend to forget a characters other tools
Happens a lot actually

Wat is ur rank with law?
@@ultimit_taijutsowhy you ask that bro? You think it doesn’t apply to higher ranks?

Thanks for this guide ❤
My pleasure!
Awesome video! Thanks for the guide 😊

Mmm okay I think I'll start adding that section for other characters as well
Patiently waiting for the Eddy Gordo guide 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I gatchu!
Stay tuned!🫡
It’s 111 and 1222. No need for 11f1 or 122f2. 1222F (hold) leads to DSS pressure
Oh, my mistake
Thank you
@@GamerNemy no worries! Love all of your videos man, you put out insanely good content.
@BigMFWrubez Thanks bro!
I'm humbled🙌🏽
Love your guides.. would you mind doing one for paul? Idk if you play him or not
Thank you
I haven't played much of Paul in T8 but I have a lot of experience from playing him in the past
I'll get to him eventually

Yeah I realized that when it was too late🤧
I'll do an updated guide in the future
@@GamerNemy anyway great guide! I’m thinking of picking up law
@M1ROHPLAY Thanks
Dude he is really fun!
Really strong too!
Just gotta put in the time👊🏼
Insane! No wonder Law players alway gives me such a hard time... character is busted
Lol🤣🤣

No
Unsafe moves in Tekken start from -10 and above
Everything below that is safe
The fastest punishes are 10 frame jabs hence anything -9 or less is safe.
You are extremely misinformed..how unfortunate
