These are important to foreigners who may not want to (or be able to) drive a vehicle.
The video is a bit misleading. It looks to be on a cliff. They don’t give any info about sea access.

The sad thing of having so many foreigners moving to Italy is that you can end up having Americans, Canadians or even someone from Latin America as neighbors and the idea of moving to Italy is to enjoy Italian culture and the friendliness of Italian people 😢
The beauty of Calabria is that it's still relatively unknown to foreigners. Our main tourist base is Italians, mainly from the Naples area. I'm sitting in a bar at the moment and all I can hear is Italian voices.
Are there any monthly/yearly fees when purchasing an apartment?
If you're buying in a condo, yes, there is usually an annual condo fee.

Great little place! Is it close to amenities?
It's about a 20 minute walk to the main town centre. Having a car would be a good idea here.
