Scalea is a town on the riviera di Cedri and has a rich history. But today it is mostly a town for sunbathing on the beach in July/August. About 200.000 tourist come visit the town then. And some of those will have bought a very affordable house, starting from about 30k for a 1 room appartment near the sea.
