So so interesting and I love these discussions. Thank you for including Sage and I’d love to understand more so please do arrange another session 👏👏👏 merry Christmas everyone 🎅🏼
Marks work is beautiful, to see such a body of work using one lens is inspiring, in a time where everyone is hoarding 3 lenses from 14mm - 200mm, it shows what having a vision and knowledge of your tools can do for you.
Very interesting perspective! I am not sure I fully agree with the notion of analog intent without post production. I think everyone has their own way of doing things, but I am sure Ansel Adams didn’t capture the negative the way it was presented via print. It’s just different and not one way is better than others. But love the work and dedication to the crafts.
Seth, When you used the Q3 did you find the body very heavy/ dense and body heavy compared to a regular mirror less camera? I tried an M11 and that's the first impression.
Great convo. I think Seth cut Mark off way to much. Mark would start off on describing the mood for photos and Seth would always interrupt when he got going.! Seth seems to excited to talk, Kind of annoying. 😂

Thank you for sharing your wisdom, we can't wait to see what we do next.
An Amazon chat guys.
Just confirming, the film was shot on a Leica SL2S?
Yes! A Stab At Heaven was shot on the Leica SL2-S with no post color grading.
