I don't know, but what I do know is that the people are friendly, hospitable, and easy to get along with. Yes, there are many places to go in Manila, there are nicer places to see, but just because one person thinks area "A" is not as beautiful as area "B", doesn't mean that "A" is better than "B". It's not the place in my opinion, it's the people, but that's just me... thanks for watching!
