- the first steps of becoming a pro - Everyone can make it. In this football documentary, we follow 3 young talents from the Right to Dream Academy in Ghana, where you will get to see what it's like to be a big football talent and live every day on a football academy, which develops some of the finest young football players. The Right to Dream Academy, which works together with the Danish Superliga club FC Nordsjælland, is the birthplace of many young, huge football talents, and in today's football documentary part 1 you will follow the lives of Eric Oteng, Kamal Deen Sulemana and Mohammed Diomande who are some of the brightest talents at the Right to Dream Academy. Here, you will learn what it's like to go from living in poverty and playing football on the street, to actually having a chance of becoming a professional football player through the Right to Dream Academy in Ghana.
The Right to Dream Academy in Ghana forges some of the finest young football players in West Africa, and in collaboration with FC Nordsjælland they're shaping the lives of a lot of young boys and girls, where they're being helped to find their purpose in life. It's not all about being a fantastic football player - academy graduates at the Right to Dream Academy are also expected to be good human beings, by learning to give back to their community and finding their purpose in life. And coming from poor families and from playing in the back streets of Accra, the capital in Ghana and finally getting the chance to play at the Right to Dream Academy is a dream coming true for many of the players such as Eric Oteng, Kamal Deen Sulemana and Mohammed Diomande - who all made the cut to get into the FC Nordsjælland team - and in today's first episode of the Unisport Documentary about these young football talents, you will follow the daily lives of three of the most exciting young talents from the Right to Dream Academy.

Damn. I’m actually so lucky. I have so many resources compared to these hardworking people. Yet I’m not utilizing most of them. This documentary is truly inspirational. It shows how hard some must strives to achieve their goals. And I saw a message in this video saying something like “in order to achieve your goals, you must help others reach theirs”. Please keep these documentaries going!

This was a really cool and inspiring video so thank you unisport for This documentary. Cant wait to watch the next episode.
This video motivated me to follow my dreams and train harder than I can. I even started a UA-cam channel.
A great documentary, because it brings a lot of memories and similarity from what I have experience and went through. From a small village playing soccer/football with friends with plastic soccer ball on fields full of small rocks, which if you fell than definitely injury, but we still played for the fun and passion, and travelling to different country and than to more than 15 countries. But, one thing stood up to me more than anything else in here is the message on the wall( see at 8:40 min) that said "do not expect to accomplish your dreams if your not willing to help others accomplish theirs" and the values on the sidle wall. That been said, I think, which it is the fact and real in my humble opinion, that some forget where they came from, weather your home country or traveled to a different place, and the massage for youngsters. So, thank you for this and making this great video.
Powerful episode! I really hope to see some of these guys playing around the world. I love the passion and the effort they are putting in their football
The mentality of these boys is incredible 👏🏾
This is how to make to the top level! PASSION!!!

This is so inspiring, watching this i feel like crying,i love football with everything in me,if you take God out, football is my second God,i always have tis dream to play like my jay jay okocha, but right now i feel week, i feel like giving up, cause i have no one to support me,or even to encourage me, not even a family member,am just all alone, with so much confusion, I pray God to help me, 😭😭😭, when ever i want to give up another mind will tell me to still try, it's so sad, when ever i hear parents supporting there children, but in my own case am like,
Keep up the good work this series is amazing
I’m a Ghanaian too, but I live in Germany. I went there 3 Times and I am 14 now. When I was there one time I was 13. My Cousin took me to the pitch with only sand and stones and I was the only one with shoes one. Everybody was looking like me.
I felt weird but I played with. It was such a great feeling. They took stones to build Goals , they took their fingers to make lines in the ground that was so nice, their didn’t care that they were poor they just played and they have got fun. That’s why I like football ❤️⚽️. Football is a game for everyone out there. If you didn’t try it, just take any kind of ball. And play. Football connects
That's inspirational 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Is incredible! African players are really humble, they want the best for their communities, they will get it!
I think that many of the best talents are currently in Africa, a clear example is France, the last world champion with many African players!
We have a talent but don't have a time and a chance to play like champions league and others
First time watching this video
Jay Mike You've really done a great job. I'm also a Ghanaian we go through a lot. We are grateful for this video

Was waiting for something like this... 🤯
This dudes are good, hope they made it
This video is very motivating💪
What you don't know is how Somali people love football more than any other person in this world 🇸🇴🇸🇴 love my country
I used to go to the beach to play football at around 6am then come back at 3pm to eat that's when i would realize i didn't had anything (food) and one day God willing I would play for Manchester United and that passion will help me archive That Dream INSHA ALLAH
It's not really about your determination and never giving up nor about your skills ... its about fate lotta people had a great determination and they never made it and some of them were good ... so you just have to take football seriously and if you can't make it then that's ok you should know when to stop and do something else because lets be honest there are some things in life that are impossible giving up sometimes can be a smart choice so your life wont go for a waste pursuing an impossible dream
Wow, just wow, hopefully we'll get there
