Hey! I just caught up with your Conan reactions yesterday in time to see this one! You're right that Conan wrote this about kids who came from a lot of money. He grew up extremely poor, though at one point his dad did have a lot of money it sounds like (if you watch his draw my life he talks about it a little bit more). He wrote this about people he met when he moved to LA that were miserable despite having a bunch of money, I believe.
