    I was a modeler in my teen age years. I’m in my mid fifties now. And own an Outdoor Living company. All high end quality.
    But with my sketch up experience, I’ve started getting back in to scratch made modeling with XPS foam. Your channel has definitely inspired me to get back into modeling!! Your quality is top shelf, but it’s not just your painting talent, but creativity of design elements in your builds. Very very impressive.
    I’d admit. I’ve never been a gamer. But I totally respect all the concept. It’s the crafting I’m most inspired by. Your top shelf talent. No doubt.

    I am completely in awe of the detail on the table and all of the Dwarven terrain pieces! I have loved and enjoyed your whole Dwarven terrain series; please be inspired to try my hand at the same techniques. However, most of the mapping tile surfaces are use are done on a hexagon tile system, which makes it very difficult to be able to come up with the same aesthetics. As for any other Dwarven builds, perhaps a smelting chamber, with large melting pot for steel and gold. Or even maybe a throne room or great hall, in which Dwarven lords either dined or convened for battles with their enemies.

    The ovens in which they melt gold (together with the transport belts);

    That is epic. Is it bad that as I'm looking at the dwarven burial chamber, I'm thinking this diorama needs a Red Dragon sitting on top of the piles of gold!!!! I love how modular this is and plan to create my own dwarven items to use when my players eventually make it to Gauntlgrym

      Oh the thought of a Red Dragon crossed my mind a time or two. Thanks Justin.

    This was just extraordinary. I created a scale model of the Steading of the Hill Giant chief... and it took up an entire 5' X 10' game table. It was modular, so I could break it all down... but it still filled up several large boxes even so.
    Question is... where do you store all of these epic builds upon completion? Keeping them safe from damage, moisture, dust etc... while still being accessible for gaming... must be a challenge.

      @TabletopWitchCRAFT  3 роки тому

      Thank you Jeffrey. Your build sounds EPIC as well. I store most of my items on my shelves, and I have a feather duster to keep them clean I use often. I'm sure I'm going to get to a point where I don't have room but for now I have a newly finished empty basement... I hope my wife doesn't read this.....

    I'd like to see a dwarven forge, or dwarven throne room. Both could have lava flows that would look awesome.

      Thank you :) No need to seal them once complete. I have an entire video on my channel if you'd like to see how it's done from start to finish. Here's a link: ua-cam.com/video/sg6vGt2i2mU/v-deo.html

      I'm not sure if you watched the Haunted House video yet, but at the end I have a discussion with Gerard Boom of ShiftingLands. We are most likely going to work on a LoTR themed build when he comes to the states. Might not be this big, but it will be lot of fun, and packed with details!

      I haven't. I am watching the smaller builds first and then going to watch the EPIC builds. Except the dwarf hall build, i had to watch that. I love your channel! Soo much crafty goodness. Blessed Be!

    Thank you Tim! What was the motor and lifting mechanism used on that epic table? Thanks for the added link to the gold piles. You both are redonkulus in talent. Great team work. For addition to the dwarven series,a waterfall hidden entrance or secret escape.

    Awesome build, as usual. I want to make those giant mounds of gold coins, how much glitter did you go through because it looks like a lot and your amazon link is for 0.32oz of glitter in a huge jar?

    • @TabletopWitchCRAFT
      @TabletopWitchCRAFT  3 роки тому

      Thanks Richard. The key is using as much filler as you can to cut down on the glitter. I made a lot of gold piles here and they were huge. I used 2 of the large glitter containers.

    Wow this table is amazing. If you don't mind me asking, what did you use to control all the player lights individually? also, what type of lift system do you use to raise the table? electric, hydraulic maybe?
