Diagnosis is done. Positive. I went through a round of antibiotics. No idea when contracted. I am told Lyme’s is for life. Glad to hear most get better with time.
I've had terrible on & off issues with my health and had a diagnosis related to my back which helped explain a whole lot things I'd gone through but recently a doctor had suggested a lyme disease test so I was in agreement now and took the blood test I mean it's scary
Rocky mountain spotted fever please!! also infectious diseases like scarlett fever, cat cratch fever, scabies, parasitic helminths, DTap ones too ! Your videos are so helpful!! short and sweet but they have all the information we need ! Thank you!!!
I had one on for an hour. Removed it. Been having headaches and feeling generally unwell for 3-4 days and heart palpitations. I’ve also been going through a break up and a ton of other stressors so I have no clue what to think
When I was doing yard work I felt a huge sting that lasted for a few months. It was a shooting pain that traveled down my arm. It would come and go. A few years later and the entire area is numb. There is a small hard lump like bone swelling in the area. Every time I ask a Dr it's dismissed. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced anything close to this? I live in the South.
3 weeks ago I had excruciating pain around my mid section and extreme fatigue. 4 days later I found a deer tick dug into my belly. I went to the doctor immediately and she dug the tick out and prescribed a 21 day dose of Doxycycline. After 5 days the pain was mostly gone. 2 weeks of taking the antibiotic the pain was gone and my energy has returned. Where would I be if I had not found the tick? I am a 70 y.o. man in excellent health and that tiny bug turned me into a bed ridden balled up cripple.
Hi Kathy. Thanks for the video. I am an outdoors photographer and had what I think chiggers recently. Lots of red bites all over that were a rash. I also found a deer tick on me and removed it. I’m pretty fatigued but I’m also very lean, and do bodybuilding (natural, no steroids) so my testosterone is probably very low with the low body fat which is common for people dieting down. So I’m wondering if my fatigue is mostly the lower testosterone, since I am 42 years old and lean, or if it’s a possible Lyme from being outdoors all the time. My next step I plan to see a doctor but is fatigue something you see with Lyme. I didn’t have the bullseye but I feel pretty tired and I had all those other bug bites. All the bites were itches too. Any thoughts on these issues? Could it be just low testosterone? Thanks? I know it’s a strange situation
I have many of these symptoms, a tick bite and it got the bulls eye rash . I am day five on Doxycycline waiting for labs to come back .I feel a tiny bit better, fever is gone and rash is healing. I feel horrible but sleeping less. I think it is going to take time to get test back.
I'm from România, l have lyme and antibiotic with ceftrioxona for 21 days .I remember having the simptoms for 8 years, Is this for life ? Should I make some analizes after 21 days are done? I am desperate
Hi! We appreciate you reaching out, however we cannot give personal medical advice and must refer you to you primary care provider. Wishing you all the best!
Do you know if it can cause heart valve disease? I've been dealing with chronic symptoms since 2010 and recently my echo showed mild/trace mitral and tricuspid valve regurgitation. I wonder if this is due to Lyme and co-infections.
I got bit a couple days ago and I don’t have a bullseye bite mark it’s just a black dot that is slowly disappearing but when we pulled the tick out my left leg felt aching the first day and then both legs started feeling aching a few days later but that’s the only symptom I have Im getting tested tomorrow but I wanted to know how bad should I be worried or if Im just over exaggerating? I just want to know because I heard Lyme disease is for life but if treated soon you can get rid of it.
@@LevelUpRN it’s flawed data or it doesn’t exist, as soon as tick’s nasty mouth bites…transmission is possible. I’m just one of the severely underreported statistics by the CDC. I had 6 bands of Borrelia and 1 of Babesia, still was a negative under the CDC test. Positive under a vibrant test, far superior.
I hope I can pass my test after going through all these studies, it's really exhausting sometimes 😔 😭
Hang in there! You got this!!🤗

I got all of those symptoms. The tick that bit me was not on for any more than 24hrs.

Thank you ma'am ❣️
Most welcome 😊
My tick bite is red and hot like a fever. Is that Lyme Disease?
Nice one
More of these❤
You got it! Thank you for watching. ❤️
Is it not likely that you would just be fatigued from taking all those antibiotics?
why are you taking antiobiotics unless you being treated for a confirmed illness?? u arent making any sense

I had to take antibiotic until it was gone got my blood work back I had bulls eye rash so this my second week after blood work I do have The symptoms
Same here, they caught mine 3 weeks later. Im on doxycycline. What are your systems?

Take Doxycycline for 21 days. Forget about taking a blood test because it probably will be negative for Lyme.
Awesome 🎉
Thank you nurse. Can talk about tetanus? Watching from Nigeria.
I will put it on my list. Thank you for watching!
Can it cause dizzyness ?
Yes
@@timholloway8821 Thanks
It does not take that long to get LD
i advise people with tick bites to amputate the limb bitten.
Caught this shit while in basic training sucks
Less than 1/2 of people get a bullseye, the other misinformation is the required 36-48 hour from transmission. Completely false.
Not everyone gets the bullseye rash, as I mentioned in my video. All the information presented is based on scientific, evidence-based research.
