Netball Skills: Jump Shot and Running Shot Technique

Layups are more difficult without a back board. When I was good at basketball I always went of board for layups, and you can use a normal jump shot, because there's always a defender in your face in netball. You can exactly move around to get an open shot

Running Shot is difficult 😂😂 Tell that d rose or Curry who throw floaters from 6 Meters und their 3 Pointer Line ist at 5 metres haha
